F	Fotis Tsiroukis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η γιατρός μπορεί να είναι εξαίρετη επιστήμονας (εγώ δεν είμαι όμως σε θέση να το κρίνω αυτό), όμως από την πρώτη στιγμή που πάτησα στο ιατρείο της μού έδωσε την εντύπωση ότι προσπαθεί να με ξεπετάξει, το οποίο μού έκανε χείριστη εντύπωση. Την επισκέφτηκα δύο φορές (την δεύτερη για χαρτογράφηση σπίλων και αφαίρεση κρεατοελιών με λέιζερ) και ένιωσα και πάλι το ίδιο συναίσθημα της αδιαφορίας και της βιασύνης. Αποκορύφωμα ήταν όταν την 2η φορά ζήτησα αντίγραφο της χαρτογράφησης, επειδή δεν μένω μόνιμα στον τόπο εργασίας της γιατρού, αυτή μού το αρνήθηκε με την δικαιολογία ότι το συγκεκριμένο μηχάνημα δεν κάνει εξαγωγή του αρχείου και των εικόνων του ασθενούς. Αναγκάστηκα επομένως να έρθω προσωπικά σε επικοινωνία με τον ίδιο τον κατασκευαστή του μηχανήματος, ο οποίος με διαβεβαίωσε ότι το μηχάνημα είναι μια χαρά ικανό να εξάγει τις φωτογραφίες και το αρχείο του ασθενούς. Οπότε έχοντας αυτή τη γνώση επέστρεψα στο ιατρείο της γιατρού και διεκδίκησα αυτό το οποίο δικαιωματικά μπορούσα να έχω. Πραγματικά άθλια εμπειρία και δεν θα την πρότεινα σε κανέναν άλλο. The doctor may be a great scientist (I am not in a position to judge that), but from the first moment I walked into her office she gave me the impression that she was trying to throw me out, which made a manipulative impression on me. I visited her twice (the second time for nevus mapping and laser mole removal) and again felt the same feeling of indifference and haste. The highlight was when I asked for a copy of the mapping the second time, because I do not live permanently at the doctor's place of work, she denied it on the grounds that the machine does not extract the patient's file and images. I therefore had to personally contact the manufacturer of the machine, who assured me that the machine was fine capable of extracting the patient's photographs and file. So having this knowledge I went back to the doctor's office and claimed what I could rightly have. Really miserable experience and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
D	Despoina Dagli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με πήραν τηλέφωνο για να μου μεταφέρουν το ραντεβού που είχα προγραμματίσει σε άλλη ημερομηνία και ώρα (δεκτό, αφού η γιατρός θα έλειπε) και η κυρία από τη Γραμματεία με την οποία μίλησα ήταν εξαιρετικά αγενής. Με ρώτησε αν απλά θα με δει η γιατρός ή αν θα κάνω και το λέιζερ και της απάντησα ότι την προηγούμενη φορα που μιλησαμε είχαμε πει ότι θα με δει η γιατρός κ θα κρίνει ανάλογα και μου απάντησε ότι δεν το θυμόταν (ως επαγγελματίας θα μπορούσε να το είχε σημειώσει κάπου). Με ξαναρώτησε αν έχω πρόθεση να κάνω το λέιζερ και της απάντησα ότι θα κάνω ο,τι πει η γιατρός κ μου απαντησε ότι πολλοί κλεινουν ραντεβού αποφασισμένοι, ενω η ίδια κυρία μου είχε πει ότι λόγω καλοκαιριού πιθανόν να μη μπορώ να το κάνω. Στο τέλος μου είπε ότι είμαι ειρωνική (χωρίς να της πω κάτι, εκείνη ήταν εριστικη) και έτσι αναγκάστηκα να ακυρώσω το ραντεβού για να μη δώσω συνέχεια. Κρίμα, γιατί η γιατρός είναι καταρτισμένη και καλή επιστήμονας. They called me to bring me the appointment I had scheduled at another date and time (accepted, since the doctor would be missing) and the lady from the Secretariat I spoke to was extremely rude. She asked me if the doctor would just see me or if I would do the laser and I replied that the last time we talked we had said that the doctor would see me and he would judge accordingly and he replied that he did not remember it (as a professional he could had noted it somewhere). She asked me again if I intended to do the laser and I replied that I would do what the doctor said and she replied that many make appointments determined, while the same lady had told me that due to summer I may not be able to do it. In the end she told me that I was ironic (without telling her anything, she was vindictive) and so I was forced to cancel the appointment so as not to continue. Too bad, because the doctor is a trained and good scientist.

ΚΑΙ ΕΚΛΕΙΣΑΝ ΝΕΟ ΣΕ ΛΑΘΟΣ ΩΡΑ ΟΠΩΣ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΘΗΚΑ ΟΤΑΝ ΕΦΤΑΣΑ ΣΤΟ ΧΩΡΟ ΚΑΙ ΦΥΣΙΚΑ ΕΦΤΑΙΓΑ ΕΓΩ ΓΙΑΤΙ ΔΕΝ ΚΑΤΑΛΑΒΑ! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT DUE TO LACK OF STAFF ??? AND THEY CLOSED NEW AT THE WRONG TIME AS I WAS INFORMED WHEN I ARRIVED IN THE AREA AND OF COURSE I WAS FAULT WHY I DID NOT UNDERSTAND!
