Unacceptable! I had visited the photo studio after my swearing in, as it was one of the main ones that photographed us that day. They asked me for each photo 4 € only printed, 5 € only digital (on a stick) and 6.20 € both. I thought they were expensive but I did not say anything because after all if you want you can get them. So I only got the major prints. When in one of them I just asked them to cut it a little to the right and left so that only I, who was in the center, could be seen, they made fun of me. The photo paper was of poor quality. Nevertheless, I thanked him and left disappointed. -After a week I had to go to the photo studio again because I wanted 2 of them in digital form. Entering, I was served by a young man whose from the beginning I explained that I want to give the rest (ie € 2.20 for each photo) to get them digitally. -He served me and at the time of payment he asked the person in charge and he tells him that this is not possible and that I have to give 5 € for each one! I explained to him that I had already paid for them (I already showed them to him) a week ago and I just want them digitally and he told me that this is a thing of the past! I told him that in this way you ask me for 18 € for two photos (4 + 4 that I had given and 5 + 5 that he wanted). And then the top says to me ironically "If you go to eat a spaghetti and then go to eat it again, you will not pay it twice?". I answered him very politely that it is not a matter of stinginess but of justice. He was adamant. I tried to calm down and decided to take only the one that was important to me. -5 years a student in Heraklion, such a service happens to me for the first time, so I felt the need to write this evaluation. Thanks to the young salesman who tried to help.
