In the telephone communication I had with that pharmacy lasting less than a minute, the gentleman who responded was aggressive and insulting.

Μου ζήτησε να του δώσω την συνταγή και να το πληρώσω, όπως και έκανα. Έναν μήνα μετά δεν έχω πάρει ακόμη το φάρμακο. I asked for a specific medicine for which I had a prescription. The pharmacist told me it is in short supply but will bring it soon. He asked me to give him the prescription and pay for it, as I did. A month later I still have not taken the drug.

Δεν γνωρίζουν τι ισχύει με την ηλεκτρονική καταχωρήσω του rapid test. Βγήκα θετική και επέμεναν ότι παρόλο που το δηλώσανε δεν μπορώ να το δω ηλεκτρονικά στο σύστημα και ότι μόνο το αρνητικό αποτέλεσμα φαίνεται ηλεκτρονικά στο gov.gr . Φυσικά και δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο, μόλις πήγα σπίτι συνδέθηκα και βρήκα το θετική αποτέλεσμα. Ζήτησα να αγοράσω self test και μου δώσανε το περιεχόμενο ενος self test χύμα σε μια σακούλα (μη συσκευασμένο). Προχειρότητα και κακη εξυπηρέτηση. I went for rapid and they asked me to take the sample myself… if it was I would do a self test at home alone! They do not know what applies to the electronic register of the rapid test. I came out positive and they insisted that although they stated it I can not see it electronically in the system and that only the negative result appears electronically on gov.gr. Of course this is not the case, as soon as I went home I connected and found the positive result. I asked to buy a self test and they gave me the contents of a self test in bulk in a bag (not packed). Clumsiness and poor service.
