★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a great selection of sweets and savouries, the prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly. My favourite snacks are the "ktitsinia" pastry-like twists, in 3 flavours...plain with sesame seeds; sweet with raisins and cinnamon; or savoury with cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and bad customer service. The employees were annoyed that we didn't understand the system of ordering immediately when we walked in. No explanation whatsoever as to what process they wanted us to follow. They were extremely rude and were slamming the change and the receipt on the countertop. I will never set foot in a Venetis again and I'm very disappointed. You should be ashamed that they work for your company. Please sort it out because you will lose many customers.
