 I would not choose it for dessert again. Cake completely frozen was not cut with anything. Tasteless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Filothei, and our household members have been regular clients before it was even renovated and changed its name to "Filothei bakery". The least to be said is that for a long period of time I ate their croissants every single morning. My mother is very familiar to the lady who -to my understanding-owns, the place which happens to be also a neighbor and a very friendly face. Therefore, I always took the opportunity to speak highly about its cozy interiors, coffee, and some quality products. However, I have changed my mind and will avoid going there anymore. I had a small accident with another car in their parking lot which caused me to lose my temper and yell at the driver. To my reason, any kind man passing by seeing a girl in trouble should offer help. Instead, a very rude older man I had never encountered but -seemed according to his attitudes like a co-owner or manager-came to me aggressively and asked me to leave in a very bad manner ".The way he dealt with it was very innappropriate and it is such a shame for the shop.I will choose going to Venetis over them without a second thought. Not only their products very fresh and delicious but their level of professionalism is on another level.
