Έχω πετύχει την ώρα που ο φούρναρης "βάζει" το ζυμάρι στο φούρνο για να ψηθεί. Όπως θα δείτε, το ψωμί μπαίνει για ψήσιμο με την βοήθεια του φουρνοφτιαρου ή ένα-ένα, ή το πολύ δύο-δύο. Όσοι έρχεστε στο Ναύπλιο δοκιμάστε-το. Είναι το αληθινό, παραδοσιακό, ελληνικό ψωμί.
