E	Efthimios Ps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα σήμερα από εφαρμογή ένα σάντουιτς με γαλοπούλα και μια γαλατοπιτα. Κατόπιν με πήρε τηλέφωνο μια υπάλληλος του μαγαζιού και μου είπε πως τελικά δεν είναι διαθέσιμη η γαλατοπιτα και δέχθηκα να μου την αλλάξει με ένα κεικ καρότου. Τελικά μου ήρθε λάθος το σάντουιτς, με σαλάμι αέρος αντί για γαλοπούλα, πλην όμως ήταν αρκετά καλό.Το δε κεικ, μπαγιάτικο τουλάχιστον μιας εβδομάδας, κάτι που με οδήγησε και σ αυτή την κριτική! I ordered a turkey sandwich and a milk pie today. Then an employee of the store called me and told me that finally the milk pie is not available and I agreed to change it with a carrot cake. Eventually I got the sandwich wrong, with air salami instead of turkey, but it was quite good. And the cake, stale for at least a week, something that led me to this review!
T	Theodore Vasilopoulos (Ted) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Παρότι η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολλή καλή και τα παιδιά πολύ ευγενικά αυτά που πήραμε και η γενική εικόνα του μαγαζιού δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου. - Πήραμε ατομικά τιραμισού 2.5€ τα οποίο ήταν σκέτη μους με ελάχιστο στεγνό κέικ μέσα και πασπαλισμένο με κακάο. Πολύ κακό και σίγουρα όχι τιραμισού παρότι ρώτησα συγκεκριμένα αν πρόκειται για απομίμηση/παραλλαγή. Σε γνωστά γαλακτοπωλεία, βρίσκεις πλέον πάστα καπουτσίνο με 1.2€ το οποίο είναι πολύ καλύτερο και αρκετά φθηνότερο. - Πήραμε και μια πάστα γκοφρετα η οποία πρέπει να ήταν τουλάχιστον 2 εβδομάδες στο ψυγείο και την πετάξαμε με την πρώτη δοκιμή. Για γκοφρετα πάντως δεν είχε κάτι τραγανό μέσα αλλά ίσως έφταιγε ότι ήταν απολίθωμα. - Τα περισσότερα κέικ, μπισκότα και βουτήματα δίπλα στο ταμείο είναι εντελώς εκτεθειμένα εκτός από ένα κομμάτι plexiglass μπροστά που δεν τα καλύπτει όλα. Αν κάποιος τύχει και φτερνιστεί εκεί μπροστά τι κάνουν; Τα περνούν με Dettol? - Γενικά υπήρχε μια εικόνα ακαταστασίας και ο χωρος δεν έδινε την αίσθηση καθαριότητας όπως αρμόζει σε τέτοια μέρη. EDIT: Δεν έχει καμία σχέση η απάντηση σας με τα σχόλια μου. Δεν έγραψα πως το τιραμισού ήταν πάστα, αλλά σκέτο μους με ελάχιστα κομμάτια κέικ μέσα. Η πάστα γκοφρετα που ήταν μπαγιάτικη, δεν ήταν παγωμένη όταν την φάγαμε. Τέλος δεν σχολιάσετε καθόλου τα εκτεθειμένα τρόφιμα δίπλα στο ταμείο. + Although the service was very good and the children very kind what we got and the general image of the store I did not like at all. - We got individually tiramisu 2.5 € which was plain mousse with a minimum of dry cake inside and sprinkled with cocoa. Very bad and definitely not tiramisu although I specifically asked if it is an imitation / variation. In well-known dairies, you can now find cappuccino paste for 1.2 € which is much better and much cheaper. - We also took a wafer paste which must have been in the fridge for at least 2 weeks and threw it away with the first test. For wafers, however, it did not have anything crunchy in it, but perhaps it was to blame that it was a fossil. Most cakes, cookies and crackers next to the counter are completely exposed except for a piece of plexiglass on the front that does not cover everything. If someone happens to sneeze in front of what do they do? Do they spend it with Dettol? - Generally there was a picture of clutter and the space did not give the feeling of cleanliness as befits such places. EDIT: Your answer has nothing to do with my comments. I did not write that tiramisu was a paste, but pure mousse with a few pieces of cake inside. The wafer paste, which was stale, was not frozen when we ate it. Finally, do not comment at all on the exposed food next to the cash register.
Α	Αθηνά Ασημακοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Παρήγγειλα μέσω efood και δεν ήρθε ποτέ! Να σημειωθεί ότι την παραγγελία την είχα προπληρώσει. Έλεγε ότι θα κάνει 30 λεπτά και μετά το πέρας της 1 ώρας με δικιά μου πρωτοβουλία κάλεσα το τηλέφωνο του φούρνου για να δω που είναι η παραγγελία μου. Να σημειωθεί ότι ήμουν σπίτι από το πρωί και είχα το κινητό δίπλα μου καθ' όλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας! Όταν σήκωσαν το τηλέφωνο μου είπαν ότι ο διανομέας χτύπησε το κουδούνι και δεν του άνοιξα(λες και δεν περίμενα τη παραγγελία....) και ότι με πήραν 2 τηλέφωνα. Το κινητό μου είναι ολοκαίνουργιο αποκλείεται να μην χτύπησε, ενώ με είχαν καλέσει. Για να το εξακριβώσουμε ότι πιάνω σήμα στο σπίτι, της είπα να με καλέσει εκείνη την ώρα. Με κάλεσε και φυσικά χτύπησε! Το συμπέρασμα? Δεν με κάλεσαν. Ο διανομέας από ότι φάνηκε χτύπησε λάθος κουδούνι και δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε ούτε να με πάρει ένα τηλέφωνο να μου παραδώσει την προπληρωμένη παραγγελία μου που περίμενα 1 ώρα. Δεν το συστήνω σε κανέναν. Δεν μου ζητήθηκε ούτε ένα συγγνώμη από την κυρία με την οποία επικοινώνησα και συνεχώς για ό,τι και να έγινε κατηγορούσε εμένα. edit επειδή μου απάντησαν: Πρώτον είναι αδύνατον να περίμενε το παιδί 30 λεπτά κάτω από το σπίτι μου διότι εγώ σας πήρα τηλέφωνο 50 λεπτά αφού είχα παραγγείλει και με απλά μαθηματικά δεν θα μπορούσε να είχε προλάβει να ετοιμαστεί η παραγγελία, να έρθει το παιδί, να περιμένει 30 λεπτά και να επιστρέψει και να σας δώσει τη παραγγελία πίσω, όπως μου είπατε! Δεύτερον δεν με ενημερώσατε ποτέ για το τι απέγινε η παραγγελία μου. Αν δεν σας είχα πάρει εγώ τηλέφωνο ακόμη θα περίμενα! Τρίτον δεν ευσταθούν οι κατηγορίες σας για το ότι δεν είχα σήμα μέσα στο σπίτι μου, καθώς όταν με πήρατε τηλέφωνο όταν σας είπα χτύπησε και το σήκωσα. Άρα μάλλον κάτι λάθος πατούσατε στο νούμερο, καθώς το κινητό μου ήταν σωστό και στο ίδιο σημείο που έπιανε σήμα όλη την ώρα. Δεν έλαβα κλήση, δεν έλαβα παραγγελία, δεν χτύπησε κανένα κουδούνι, και δεν περίμενε κανείς 30 λεπτά κάτω από το σπίτι (καθώς η πολυκατοικία έχει θυρωρό και θα μπορούσε άνετα να ρωτήσει αν είχε περάσει τέτοια ταλαιπωρία όπως λέτε για να με βρει). Unacceptable! I ordered through efood and it never came! Note that I had prepaid the order. He said it would take 30 minutes and after 1 hour on my own initiative I called the oven phone to see where my order is. Note that I was home from the morning and had my cell phone by my side throughout the day! When they picked up the phone they told me that the distributor rang the bell and I did not open it (as if I was not waiting for the order ....) and that they got me 2 phones. Thirdly, your accusations that I did not have a signal in my house are not true, as when you called me when I told you it rang and I picked it up. So you probably typed something wrong in the number, as my cell phone was right and in the same spot that picked up a signal all the time. I did not receive a call, I did not receive an order, no bell rang, and no one waited 30 minutes under the house (as the apartment building has a concierge and he could easily ask if he had gone through such trouble as you say to find me).
S	Sofia Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντάξει τι ακριβώς να πω. Πλήρωσα 2,50€ για έναν τριπλό καπουτσίνο, έκανε 1 ώρα να έρθει αντί για 35' που έλεγε και ο καφές που ήρθε ήταν αυτός. Έχει μήνες τώρα που το μαγαζί παίρνει την κάτω βόλτα , αλλά τώρα οι το τερμάτισε. Προφανώς τελείωσα με αυτό το μαγαζί. Δηλαδή έχει κι η κοροϊδία όρια έτσι. Δεν σας τα χρωστάμε τα λεφτά μας. Edit: μου έφεραν άλλον καφέ. Τον σωστό αυτή τη φορά. Είδαν το σχόλιο; Μάλλον. Όφειλα να το αναφέρω. Ok what exactly to say. I paid € 2.50 for a triple cappuccino, it took 1 hour to come instead of the 35 'he said and the coffee that came was him. It's been months since the store took the bottom line, but now they have finished it. I'm obviously done with this store. That is, the mockery has its limits. We do not owe you our money. D	Dhimitri Balliu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always busy into this place. I have visited this place many many times and i cant complain about 1 thing, the service. They work pretty good and quick. My complain is that many times after 4pm or 16:00 i havent been able to get bread here, which is kind of weird cos Bakery are supposed to have them at all times. This has happened to me 3 times so far. Thats why i rate them 4 stars. Prices are very reasonable!!
