★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πιο νόστιμη γραβιέρα που έχω δοκιμάσει ποτέ. Ο ανθότυρος λιώνει στα μακαρόνια και το καπνιστό τυρί το τρώνε τα παιδιά μου με σταφυλάκι το καλοκαίρι. Ο πιο τέλειος συνδυασμός.
Πρόσφατα αγόρασα και την φέτα, η οποία είναι μακράν η καλύτερη που έχω δοκιμάσει, γιατί καταλαβαίνεις ότι πρόκειται για ένα πολύ τοπικό προϊόν, το οποίο δεν είναι βιομηχανοποιημένο. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στην οικογένεια Φραγκιαδάκη για τα υπέροχα τυριά "ΚΟΡΥΦΗ", γιατί όπως το λέει και το όνομα τους είναι "ΚΟΡΥΦΗ" στη γεύση.
 The most delicious gruyere I have ever tasted. The cream cheese melts in the spaghetti and the smoked cheese is eaten by my children with grapes in the summer. The most perfect combination.
I recently bought feta, which is by far the best I have tried, because you understand that it is a very local product, which is not industrialized. Many congratulations to the Fragiadaki family for the wonderful "KORIFI" cheeses, because as their name says, it is "KORIFI" in taste.
