Κουβέντα στην κουβέντα μόνο που δεν πιάστηκαν στα χέρια με άνθρωπο δικό μου Για την δουλειά τους δεν έχω άποψη,δεν πρόλαβα να διαμορφώσω,αλλά φαντάζομαι... ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!! Είναι επαγγελματιες κ υπεύθυνοι σε οποιαδήποτε πρόβλημα προκύψει εξάλλου άνθρωποι τα φτιάχνουν κ λάθη μπορεί να γίνουν το θέμα είναι να είσαι εκεί κ να το διορθώσεις. Knowledge and experience combined by Frame in its constructions is what is needed for a proper collaboration. After sale services even in peak seasons such as summer are there. Όπου και να έχουμε συστήσει την εταιρεία μόνο καλά σχόλια έχουμε ακούσει από φίλους και οικογένεια . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. We changed the aluminum in our house in 2016. Μας εγινε η καλύτερη προσφορά σε σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής και όταν ήρθαν και έκαναν αντικατάσταση των τεσσάρων παραθύρων και πεντε μπαλκονοπορτων έγινε με την μικρότερη δυνατή φασαρία από την μεριά τους. Το σπίτι πλέον είναι πιο ζεστό και με λιγότερη φασαρία από τον δρόμο. Ειμαστε ικανοποιημενοι απο την ολη διαδικασια. The manager of the store in Agia Paraskevi was very kind and helpful. We got the best offer in terms of quality-price and when they came and replaced the four windows and five balcony doors, it was done with the least possible noise on their part. The house is now warmer and with less noise from the street. We are satisfied with the whole process.

Όποιος το βλέπει εντυπωσιαζεται, αλλά η απορία είναι πάντα η ίδια ,(όλα είναι τέλεια, τα αλουμίνια ποιος τα τοποθέτησε έτσι).Ενώ τα υλικά είναι πολύ καλής ποιότητας, τα συνεργεία που έκαναν την τοποθέτηση ήταν άθλια. Ήρθαν τρία διαφορετικά και το ένα προσπαθούσε να μαζέψει της κακοτεχνίες του προηγουμενου.Το χειρότερο είναι η αδυναμία συνεννόησης με την εταιρεία και παντελης ανάληψη ευθυνών. Έγινε τοποθέτηση 37 κουφωμάτων (σε νέα οικοδομή στον Βύρωνα) της πολύ προηγμένης σειράς Albio 127c της Exalco, κάποια από τα οποία ήταν πολύ μεγάλου μεγέθους και βάρους. Οι τεχνικοί των συνεργείων ήταν επίσης πολύ φιλικοί και προσεκτικοί και ολοκλήρωσαν με απόλυτη επιτυχία τοποθέτηση σε δύσκολα σημεία, με προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. After a thorough research we found in Frame the best market prices. Excellent service from the owner and staff. 37 frames (in a new building in Byron) of the very advanced Albio 127c series of Exalco were installed, some of which were very large in size and weight. The technicians of the workshops were also very friendly and attentive and successfully completed installation in difficult places, with attention to detail. Highly recommended.
E	Evangelos Katsigiannis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στη Frame με έστειλε φίλος που είχε μείνει απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από εγκατάσταση κουφωμάτων σε νέα οικοδομή τονίζοντάς μου ότι είναι σοβαρή εταιρία με μεγάλα έργα όπως κτίρια στο αεροδρόμιο Ελ. Βενιζέλος κ.λπ. Στην αρχή τους είχα αποκλείσει, θεωρώντας ότι μια τέτοια εταιρία δεν θα ασχοληθεί με την ταπεινή περίπτωσή μου (αλλαγή κουφωμάτων σε παλιό διαμέρισμα στο Παγκράτι, συνολικά τέσσερεις μπαλκονόπορτες και δύο παράθυρα). Παραδόξως, όχι μόνο ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα στο αίτημα για μέτρηση στο χώρο (η κυρία Μαρία Ποντίκη ήταν ευγενέστατη και άκρως εξυπηρετική) αλλά μας έκαναν πολύ καλή προσφορά! Η τοποθέτηση έγινε σε αρκετά σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα με πολύ μικρά μερεμέτια (η πολυκατοικία είναι του 1965 και η τοποθέτηση πόρτας ασφαλείας από άλλη εταιρία προκάλεσε σοβαρές ζημιές) οι δε τεχνίτες που τοποθέτησαν τα κουφώματα ήταν ευγενέστατοι, σοβαροί και συνεργάσιμοι. Διαβάζοντας τα αρνητικά σχόλια άλλων, εδώ, το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι ότι όταν ένα χρόνο μετά την τοποθέτηση χάλασε η μία από τις τέσσερεις σίτες (στην μπαλκονόπορτα από την οποία ξεπορτίζει ο γατούλης μας), όχι μόνο ήρθαν και την αντικατέστησαν σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα αλλά τσεκάρανε και όλα τα άλλα κουφώματα αρνούμενοι να πάρουν λεφτά! Έκτοτε, τους έχω προτείνει σε δύο συγγενικά πρόσωπα (για ένα διαμέρισμα στην Αγία Παρασκευή και ένα διώροφο μεσοπολέμου στο Κουκάκι) και με έβγαλαν ασπροπρόσωπο… I was sent to Frame by a friend who was completely satisfied with the installation of windows in a new building, emphasizing to me that it is a serious company with large projects such as buildings at El. The installation was done in a very short period of time with very small repairs (the building is from 1965 and the installation of a security door by another company caused serious damage) and the craftsmen who installed the frames were very noble, serious and cooperative. Reading the negative comments of others, here, all I can say is that when one year after the installation one of the four screens broke down (in the balcony door from which our kitten sprang up), not only did they come and replace it in a reasonable time space but they also checked all the other frames refusing to take money! Since then, I have proposed to two relatives (for an apartment in Agia Paraskevi and a two-storey interwar in Koukaki) and they made me white…

Είχαμε μείνει απολύτως ευχαριστημένοι με την εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα καθώς και από την όλη αντιμετώπιση. Στο δεύτερο σπίτι που αλλάξαμε τα κουφώματα πριν 1,5 μήνα πήγαμε με κλειστά τα μάτια!!! Η ποιότητα της δουλειάς ήταν και πάλι άριστη και τα συνεργεία πολύ έμπειρα και ευγενικά με προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!! Υ/Γ: Ραντεβού για το εξοχικό του πατέρα μου όταν ξαναμαζέψουμε λεφτά...Αν ξαναμαζέψουμε λεφτά....Χαχαχα In 2015 we chose this company after the recommendation of a relative who had chosen it in the past.
