The waiter was very knowledgeable and told me that the pizza oven is shared with other pizzas, but put on a separate dish. The carbonara was delicious, highly recommended for people with allergies!

I got the old fashioned (see photo) and it was exactly how I like it. We had a couple of their gluten free pizzas and they were decent. Overall, a great place to eat.
