Τα στελέχη της έχουν άριστη γνώση και συνέπεια στην εργασία τους. Προσωπική μου εμπειρία είναι η εξυπηρέτηση μου για την εκπόνηση εργασίας στο τμήμα Μηχανολόγων Μηχανικών του ΕΜΠ. Με τον ιδιοκτήτη της εταιρίας είχαμε άριστη συνεργασία κατά την ενημέρωσή μου για τα συστήματος και τις μεθόδους που χρησιμοποιεί η εταιρία. Απευθυνόμενος προς την κοινωνία και το κράτος ζητώ να προωθήθούν επιχειρήσεις όπως η Free-Recycle στην προσπάθειά τους για ένα καλύτερο μέλλον. The Free-Recycle company is an organization that helps spread the ecological message of recycling used products. Its executives have excellent knowledge and consistency in their work. My personal experience is my service for the elaboration of work in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of NTUA. We had an excellent collaboration with the owner of the company during my briefing on the systems and methods used by the company. Addressing the society and the state, I ask that companies like Free-Recycle be promoted in their effort for a better future.

Σε αντίθεση με όλους τους υπόλοιπους στον χώρο που δεν αναλάμβαναν ψυγεία άνω των 100 κιλών, η Free Recycle έφεραν 3 άτομα και το κατέβασαν από τον δεύτερο με τις σκάλες. Μπράβο τους, πραγματικά, και για άλλη μια φορά αποδεικνύεται ότι δεν έχει σημασία αν μια εταιρία είναι μεγάλη ή μικρή - αυτό που μετράει είναι να δουλεύουν σε αυτήν άτομα που είναι επαγγελματίες και άνθρωποι. The only ones who could help us recycle an old refrigerator. Unlike all the others in the area who did not take refrigerators over 100 kg, Free Recycle brought 3 people and took it down from the second one with the stairs. Well done, really, and once again it turns out that it does not matter if a company is big or small - what matters is that people who are professionals and people work in it.

Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρεία! Following our telephone communication, an appointment was made for the withdrawal of a refrigerator-freezer. After two working days, they received the device for recycling. Immediate service, congratulations to the company!

Ευγενική η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο και πολύ ευγενικά τα παιδιά που ήρθαν!!!!Κάλεσα Δευτέρα ,με ενημέρωσαν για το επόμενο δρομολόγιο για Πέμπτη 12:30-14::00 και ήρθαν ακριβώς στις 12:30 (αφού πρώτα επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου για να με ενημερώσουν ότι σε 10 λεπτά θα έχουν φτάσει)!!! Μπράβο !!! Εύχομαι να συνεχίσετε έτσι!!! I have to say that they are PROFESSIONALS !!!! Kind girl on the phone and very kind children who came !!!! I called on Monday, they informed me about the next route for Thursday 12: 30-14 :: 00 and they came exactly at 12:30 (after first contacting me to let me know that in 10 minutes they will have arrived) !!! Απάντησαν αμέσως στο τηλεφώνημά μου και με ξαναπήραν σχεδόν αμέσως κάνοντάς μου προγραμματισμό να περάσουν την επόμενη.Ζήτησα να με ειδοποιήσει ο οδηγός μισή ώρα πριν, μιας και δεν ήταν κάποιος στο σπίτι. Πράγματι την επόμενη με ειδοποίησε ο οδηγός έγκαιρα, και παρέλαβαν την συσκευή σχεδόν μέσα από το διαμέρισμα χωρίς ταλαιπωρία μου. Πολύ ευγενικοί μπράβο! Flawless professionals! They answered my phone immediately and picked me up almost immediately, making me plan to pass the next day. I asked the driver to notify me half an hour in advance, since no one was home. Indeed the next day the driver notified me in time, and they picked up the device almost from inside the apartment without my hassle. Very kind bravo!

Ευγενικοί με ενημέρωσαν ότι την επόμενη ημέρα θα υπάρξει δρομολόγιο στην περιοχή όπου διαμένω για παραλάβω του ψυγείου . Μπράβο σας για το έργο σας . Flawless and professional. After searching the internet, I turned to that company. Polite people informed me that the next day there will be a service in the area where I live to pick up the fridge. Well done for your work.
Γ	Γεωργία Γιαννοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε συνέχεια της κριτικής που έκανα στις 22/2/2022 (και εμφανίζεται και παρακάτω) σήμερα (23/2/2022) έλαβα κλήση από την εταιρεία και προγραμματίστηκε ραντεβού για την ίδια μέρα προκειμένου να παραληφθεί η τηλεόραση για ανακύκλωση. Οπότε το θέμα λύθηκε την ίδια μέρα της κλήσης από την εταιρεία. Κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο στις 16/02/2022 για να ενημερωθώ αν μπορούν να πάρουν για ανακύκλωση μια τηλεόραση 43 ιντσών. Η κυρία στο τηλέφωνο αφού κράτησε τα στοιχεία μου και την περιοχή στην οποία κατοικώ (πολύ κοντά με την έδρα της εταιρείας) μου είπε πως θα εξετάσει το αίτημά μου και θα με ενημερώσει μέχρι την Παρασκευή 18/2/22 (αν υπάρχει κάποιο δρομολόγιο κλπ). Της το ζήτησα και εγώ να με ενημερώσει μέχρι την Παρασκευή έτσι ώστε να απευθυνθώ, αν δε με εξυπηρετήσουν, σε άλλη εταιρεία ανακύκλωσης. Φυσικά και μέχρι και σήμερα 22/2/2022 δεν με κάλεσε κανείς... Following the review I made on 22/2/2022 (and it appears below) today (23/2/2022) I received a call from the company and an appointment was scheduled for the same day in order to receive the TV for recycling. So the issue was resolved on the same day of the call by the company. I called on the phone on 16/02/2022 to find out if they can get a 43 inch TV for recycling. The lady on the phone after keeping my details and the area in which I live (very close to the headquarters of the company) told me that she will consider my request and will inform me until Friday 18/2/22 (if there is a route etc ). I also asked her to inform me by Friday so that I could contact, if they do not serve me, another recycling company. Of course and until today 22/2/2022 no one called me ...
