Το Σκρουτζ με ενημέρωσε ότι επικοινώνησε με το καταστημα αλλά δυστυχώς το αίτημα μου απορρίφθηκε. Κάλεσα απευθείας το καταστημα και είπα καταλαβαίνω ότι δε γίνεται επιστροφή χρημάτων τουλάχιστον να προβώ με δικά μου έξοδα αποστολής σε αγορά άλλου είδους. Ο κύριος αγνώστου ηλικίας απάντησε δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί πήρατε δε γίνεται τίποτα τώρα μην μπούμε σε διαδικασίες... Πραγματικά αναρωτιέμαι κάτι τέτοια καταστήματα πως επιβιώνουν το 2022; ΥΓ Ο τρόπος που απαντάτε δημόσια είναι τουλάχιστον πολύ πιο επαγγελματικός. Μακάρι και στο τηλέφωνο να επιλεγατε να απαντήσετε με αντιστοιχο τρόπο. Όσον αφορά από που θα ψωνίζει ο καταναλωτής καλό θα ήταν να αφήσετε τις νουθεσίες και να προσπαθήσετε να εξυπηρετήσετε λίγο περισσότερο τον πελάτη σας. Είμαι σίγουρη αν υπήρχε καλή διάθεση θα μπορούσε να βρεθεί μια λύση. Υ.Γ2 Σας εξήγησα ότι υπήρχε σοβαρο θέμα υγείας αλλά από ότι φαίνεται δεν σας ενδιαφέρει ιδιαίτερα. Αν θεωρείται τόσο μεγάλο διάστημα το διάστημα των 14 ημερών ας το εκμεταλλευτείτε εσείς ώστε να εκπαιδεύσετε καλύτερα το προσωπικό σας να απαντάει με πιο ευγένεια στους πελάτες τηλεφωνικά και μην το παίζετε επαγγελματίες μόνο δημόσια. Αεροπορική εταιρεία δέχτηκε το πρόβλημα υγείας και ακύρωσε τα εισιτήρια το επαρχιακό κατάστημα καταλαβαίνω ότι δυσκολεύεται να εξυπηρετήσει τον πελάτη με μια αλλαγή. I placed an order through Scrooge due to a health issue, I was only 2 days late for the return. Scrooge informed me that he had contacted the store but unfortunately my request was denied. I called the store directly and said I understand that there is no refund, at least to proceed with my own shipping costs to buy another type. The gentleman of unknown age answered, I do not understand why you got it, nothing is happening now, let's not get into procedures ... I really wonder how such stores survive in 2022? ΥΓ The way you respond in public is at least much more professional. I wish you had chosen to answer the phone in a corresponding way. As for where the consumer will shop from, it would be good to leave the instructions and try to serve your customer a little more. I'm sure if there was a good mood a solution could be found. Υ.Γ2 I explained to you that there was a serious health issue but apparently you are not particularly interested. If the 14-day period is considered such a long time, let you take advantage of it in order to better train your staff to respond more politely to customers by phone and do not play it only professionally in public. Airline accepted the health problem and canceled the tickets the provincial store understand that it is difficult to serve the customer with a change.

I run 2 miles daily, so I needed running sneakers not any old sneaker. The owner and his wife were right on point with what I needed without me having to tell them based on how many miles I run. So grateful for this store.
