Μανώλη Σε ευχαριστώ που μου έμαθες να είμαι ασφαλής και μου έμαθες τον σωστό τρόπο ελεύθερης καταδύσεις. Περιμένω για το τρίτο επίπεδο ????!!!! Anyone who thinks they know how to dive for only 2 minutes with Manolis and will understand. Manolis Thank you for teaching me to be safe and for teaching me the right way of free diving. Ο Μανώλης πέρα από το ότι ο ίδιος είναι υπεραθλητής που βουτάει τριψήφια βάθη, είναι επίσης και απίστευτα μεταδοτικός, άπειρα διαβασμένος και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένος, και πολύ καλός και ενδιαφέρον χαρακτήρας. Μέσα σε 3 μέρες κατάφερε να μου αλλάξει την προσέγγισή μου στο άθλημα της ελεύθερης κατάδυσης, και με βοήθησε να βελτιώσω την τεχνική μου, μου έμαθε καινούργιους και ασφαλέστερους τρόπους εξίσωσης, και μου ανέλυσε όλη τη θεωρεία σχετικά με τις καταδύσεις και το ανθρώπινο σώμα. Εξακολουθεί ακόμα και σήμερα να με συμβουλεύει και νιώθω τυχερός και ευγνώμων που τον έχω δίπλα μου. If you want to learn from the best free diving teacher in Greece you are in the right place. I was very lucky to be trained by Manolis Giankos and Michalis and improve my general knowledge on freediving and performance within a week. Apart from the diving part it was a week spent great with good guys having fun. Worths every cent!
