Ψήνονται κάθε μέρα, με φύλλο χωριάτικο και σε μερίδες ατομικές ή και μεγαλύτερες κατόπιν παραγγελίας, για να σας βγάλει ασπροπρόσωπο/η σε μια επίσκεψη, σε ένα τραπέζι, ή όταν έρθει για επιθεώρηση η πεθερά!! Τα αγνά υλικά που ψήνονται οι πίτες, τις κάνουν ξεχωριστές! Το λάδι που χρησιμοποιεί είναι πάντα ελαιόλαδο και της χρονιάς και τα υλικά τα διαλέγει ο ίδιος και ανάλογα με τα υλικά που βρίσκει και είναι εποχής, φτιάχνει και τις ανάλογες πίτες! Όσοι δεν τρώγατε απέξω λόγω της ευαισθησίας που έχετε στο στομάχι, ή λόγω της κακής εμπειρίας που είχατε παλιότερα, σας προκαλώ να δοκιμάσετε και θα με θυμηθείτε! Θα είναι σαν να τρώτε της μητέρας σας ή της γιαγιάς σας! Αυτό που κάνει το fresh bar όμως ξεχωριστό, είναι ότι όλα γίνονται πάνω απ όλα με αγάπη και μεράκι και σας προσφέρονται με αληθινό χαμόγελο!
