They do not send their fast passes to the companies, the legal representative or someone with an authorization must go there. Finally, EXPENSIVE tolls because for a lifetime the state supports the contractors to the detriment of the citizens.

Από ψηλά τα είδα, ήμουν με ποδήλατο. Επιτέλους αποκτήσαμε δρόμους, αλλά πρέπει να τους χρυσοπληρώσουμε. Από την άλλη φτάνεις γρήγορα και με ασφάλεια στον προορισμο. Μήπως θα έπρεπε να μπαίνεις στην εθνική και βγαίνοντας οπουδήποτε να πληρώνεις το αντίτιμο;
From above I saw them, I was on a bike. We finally got the roads, but we have to pay gold for them. On the other hand, you arrive quickly and safely on the destination. Should you get into the national and go anywhere to pay the price?

My review is a general one about the Greek toll system. Toll roads are still there, but the price it costs per kilometer traveled is unfortunately never in proportion to the actual costs. Especially in Greece where you often stop to have to draw your credit card from a person (yes really!) To pay for the next 10km (or less, at bridges or tunnels). If you want to be able to collect per kilometer traveled if necessary, do it as in France or Italy. There you can (on the right routes) simply cover hundreds of kilometers without having to stop to pay tolls. Paying is a bit of a shock (almost € 60 for the Bari-Pisa route), but the toll gates were not the limiting factor in your flow. Even better is the Swiss system, one acceptable amount for 13 months, regardless of kilometers traveled (and much better roads) without the intervention of toll gates. Or Hungary where you indicate in advance (brand / type of car and license plate) that you are on the highway then and then and cameras / satellites do the rest, otherwise just do not l * llen but drive. This outdated, old-fashioned system of Greece really doesn't make any sense. It is that the alternative (rural roads where you often do not even achieve an average of 50) takes even more time, but this system solely with the aim of creating employment should simply be banned via the EU.

Ionia Odos is the most important project in western Greece but the cost of use is disproportionately high.
