Αγοράζοντας κουπόνι από γνωστό site της πόλης με αντίτιμο 20 € για ένα επαγγελματικό καθαρισμό σπιτιού τηλέφωνο στο εν λόγω γραφείο της προσφοράς να κλείσω ραντεβού.
Πεμπτη 9 το πρωί κλείνουμε το ραντεβού με έξτρα χρέωση για τα μπαλκόνια και τη λάντζα.
Πεμπτη πρωί στις 11 μου τηλεφωνει ο υπεύθυνος λογικά και με ενημερώνει πως λόγω προβληματος του επαγγελματικού αυτοκινήτου δεν θα τα καταφέρουν τη συγκεκριμένη ώρα και ας έχουν περάσει 2 ώρες από αυτή και πώς θα επικοινωνήσουν για αργότερα.
40 τηλέφωνα αργότερα την ίδια μέρα και απλά δεν μου το σήκωναν .
Παρασκευή πρωί καταφέρνω και μου σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο έχοντας πάρει και στο σταθερό αλλά και στο κινητό του υπεύθυνου (μπορεί και ιδιοκτήτη) άλλες 20 φορές και το φταίξιμο πέφτει σε κάποια υπάλληλο .
Ανανεώνουμε το ραντεβού για το απόγευμα στις4.30
Εφόσον πάει 5:15 ξανά τηλέφωνω και ο εν λόγω κύριος όλο απορία με ρωτάει "μα καλά δεν έχουν έρθει" και πώς θα με ενημερώσει σε λίγο για το τι συμβαίνει.
Μπορεί και 200 τηλέφωνα μέχρι το επόμενο πρωί και να μην είχα πάρει ενημερωση ακόμα .
Μετά από τηλεφώνημα με απόκρυψη το σηκώνει και ξανά ανανεώνουμε το ραντεβού για το μεσημέρι Σαββάτου αν και έπρεπε δυστυχώς να ζητήσω τα χρήματα μου πίσω και να μην ασχοληθώ.
Μεσημέρι Σαββάτου έρχεται το συνεργείο και εγώ φεύγω λόγω επαγγελματικού ραντεβού και επιστρέφω εφόσον έχουν τελειώσει .
Τους παραδίδω το κουπόνι και φεύγουν τρέχοντας με δικαιολογία πως έχουν κι άλλο ραντεβού(άραγε για τα δύο προηγούμενα δικά μου γιατί δεν έτρεξαν .?) Πήρα απάντηση και σε αυτό
Η λάντζα της κουζίνας όπως την είχα αφήσει απλώς μετατοπισμενη για να καθαριστεί μόνο η γούρνα , τα καλοριφέρ μέσα στη σκόνη γιατί νόμιζαν πως δεν θα κοιτάξω από πίσω , κάτω από τους καναπέδες δεν έριξαν ούτε μάτια , τα κουφώματα μάλλον τα καθάρισαν με το ίδιο πανί που έκαναν όλο το σπίτι και ήταν μέσα στις μαυριλες ,οι καθρέφτες του σπιτιού θαμποι λόγω παλαιότητας όπως μου είπαν αλλά το να βρίσκω τρίχες και σκόνη σε εμφανείς γωνιές του σπιτιού Δεν μου φάνηκε παράξενο διότι μάλλον η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία ενδιαφέρεται για το όσα φέρνει ο άνεμος .
Νιώθω τυχερός που δεν μου έφεραν κι άλλα σκουπίδια στο σπίτι
Unprofessionalism and mockery to the last point.
Buying a coupon from a well-known site of the city for a price of 20 € for a professional house cleaning phone at that office of the offer to make an appointment.
Thursday 9 in the morning we book the appointment with extra charge for the balconies and the lunch.
On Thursday morning at 11 the person in charge logically calls me and informs me that due to a problem with the professional car they will not be able to do it at the specific time and let 2 hours have passed from it and how they will contact for later.
40 phones later that day and they just did not pick me up.
Friday morning I manage and they pick up my phone having taken both the landline and the mobile phone of the person in charge (maybe the owner) another 20 times and the blame falls on an employee.
We renew the appointment for the afternoon at 4.30
When it's 5:15 I call again and the gentleman in question keeps asking me "but they have not come well" and how he will inform me shortly about what is happening.
Maybe 200 phones by the next morning and I had not received an update yet.
After a secret phone call, he picks it up and we renew the appointment for Saturday noon, although unfortunately I had to ask for my money back and not bother.
The workshop arrives on Saturday afternoon and I leave due to a business appointment and return when they are finished.
I hand them the coupon and they leave running with the excuse that they have another appointment (is it for my two previous ones because they did not run.?) I got an answer to that as well
The kitchen sink as I had left it just shifted to clean only the trough, the radiators in the dust because they thought I would not look from behind, under the sofas did not even throw eyes, the windows were probably cleaned with the same cloth that they did the whole house and it was in the dark, the mirrors of the house dull due to age as they told me but finding hair and dust in visible corners of the house did not seem strange to me because this company is probably interested in what the wind brings.
I feel lucky that they did not bring me any more garbage in the house
