C	Christopher H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sommerurlaub Juni 2019 Tolles Team, tolle Stimmung, tolle Touren. Das Essen war klasse, die Räume waren sauber und hatten einen schönen kleinen Balkon. Alle Angestellten waren hilfsbereit und nett. Die Bikes haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen und waren in einem guten Zustand. Die geführten Touren waren abwechslungsreich. Es war meine erste Reise über Frosch und heute wird die zweite gebucht. (Deshalb schreibe ich jetzt auch die verspätete Rezension) Summer vacation June 2019 Great team, great atmosphere, great tours. The food was great, the rooms were clean and had a nice little balcony. All the staff were helpful and kind. The bikes exceeded my expectations and were in good condition. The guided tours were varied. It was my first trip through Frosch and today the second is being booked. (This is why I am now also writing the belated review)
I	Ingo von Kügelgen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Sport Angebot mit Mountain Bike touren, Wandertouren und täglichem Yoga. Wir haben das tägliche Yoga bei Natalie sehr genossen. Auch die Wanderungen waren sehr schön und schweißtreibend bei 35 Grad. Der Club hat auch eine eigene Wassersport Station für Windsurfen, die sehr schön am riesigen Sandstrand gelegen ist. Alle Teamer sind sehr freundlich. Das Programm für Kinder ist top. Die Anlage ist auch ansprechend gestaltet mit 2 Pools und Lounge area. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass die Familienzimmer mitten drin liegen und man das komplette Abendprogramm mitbekommt, wenn man früher ins Bett geht. Top sports offer with mountain bike tours, hiking tours and daily yoga. We really enjoyed the daily yoga with Natalie. The hikes were also very nice and sweaty at 35 degrees. The club also has its own water sports station for windsurfing, which is beautifully situated on the huge sandy beach. All teamers are very friendly. The program for children is great. The complex is also attractively designed with 2 pools and a lounge area. The only small downside is that the family rooms are in the middle of it all and you can hear the entire evening program if you go to bed earlier.

Die Leitung verschanzte sich hinter ihren Vorschriften und zeigte keinerlei Mitgefühl oder Hilfsbereitschaft . Ich hatte vor 5 Tagen einen schweren Unfall dort mit Krankenhausaufenthalt und nur dank der Hilfe von den Mitreisenden insbesondere einer Mitreisenden konnte ich den Heimflug antreten.Auch Froschreisen selbst will erst in 4 bis 6 Wochen antworten . Also vorsichtig wer denkt er hat bei Frosch eine Reiseleitung mit Ansprechpartnern .. Bei diesem Club auf keinen Fall . 27.07.2021 Jetzt erst kam Antwort .Die bestand aus der Stellungnahme der Reiseleitung vor Ort .Und diese war schon von Beginn an falsch , da die Reiseleitung noch nicht mal wusste, auch nach 5 Wochen nicht , was passiert war ..Das zu der Hilfsbereitschaft und Empathie ..Und hoffentlich lernt ihr auch jemanden kennen , der dann dafür benutzt wird das alles auszubügeln.Denn darauf berief sich dann die Reiseleitung und das auch mit falschen Angaben..Also ich rate euch ab... Unfortunately, I've had to experience that you won't get any help from Frosch, especially from this club. Management hid behind their policy and showed no sympathy or willingness to help. I had a serious accident there 5 days ago and was hospitalized and it was only thanks to the help of my fellow passengers, in particular one fellow passenger, that I was able to fly home. Even Froschreisen itself will only reply in 4 to 6 weeks. So be careful who thinks he has a tour guide with contact persons at Frosch.. Definitely not at this club. 07/27/2021 Only then did the answer come. It consisted of the opinion of the travel agent on site. And this was wrong from the start, since the travel agent didn't even know what had happened, even after 5 weeks. The helpfulness and empathy. And hopefully you will also get to know someone who will then be used to iron it all out. Because the tour guide then referred to this and also with incorrect information.. So I advise you against it...
F	Frank Kirsten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Essen, tolles Freizeitangebot und wer nachts Party machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Leider gehöre ich zu den Menschen, die nachts lieber schlafen, weshalb ich nach der ersten Woche das Hotel wegen des Lärms gewechselt habe. Es war für mich einfach unerträglich. Inzwischen bin ich mir mit Frosch einig geworden und bekomme einen Teil der zusätzlichen Kosten erstattet. Hierfür einen Pluspunkt. Great food, great leisure activities and if you want to party at night, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who prefer to sleep at night, which is why I changed hotels after the first week because of the noise. It was just unbearable for me. In the meantime, I have come to an agreement with Frosch and will be reimbursed for part of the additional costs. A plus for that.
A	Andy Dolphin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operated by German tour company Frosch Reisen this self contained oasis is a paradise for kids. Two pools, entertainment, shady areas, ping pong, table football. 10 mins walk to sandy beach. Only downside is that Google doesn't locate it, probably due to the misleading name "SC Paradise". Hopefully my edit corrects that.

P	Peter Farkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to have an active vacation this is your place with organized programs like hiking, walking, bicycle etc.. The Frosch hotel is visited mostly by German turists. Frosch organizes airport transfers, too. Has a pool to swim ;) Sometimes the accomodation is a 'bit noisy' - also at late evening.
