We stayed at Frosini Gardens for a week in June/July 2018. Overall, it was a good experience and we had a fantastic holiday in Kassiopi. On arrival, we were greeted with drinks by George, who gave us a warm welcome. We were checked in and shown to our room quickly, which was great as we were tired from flying. Room 1 was ours. It has been refurbished and is one of the better rooms we have stayed in whilst in Greece. It was cleaned to a high standard and the bedroom was very modern. The bed was comfy, one of the comfiest we've had, which helped us sleep well at night. The mattresses on the sofa beds are also very comfy. The apartment is well lit, both naturally and artificially. The fridge freezer was good, although loud at times. Our kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, kettle and oven. There's plenty of storage in the wardrobes and in the bedroom too. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic - a good temperature and it was also good to have a shower which didn't flood the bathroom, which is common in some Greek accommodation. The bathroom itself is quite modern and well lit - there's a hairdryer in there too. The extractor fan was faulty though, as well as a few plug sockets and light bulbs in the room. The cleaner was very efficient, although on one particular day the cleaner left the patio door open whilst we were out, which worried us as anybody could have walked in. A word of warning - our apartment was on the road side unfortunately, and whilst the noise isn't a problem indoors (double glazed windows), it really was a problem on the terrace/balcony as the main road is right next to you, with noisy motorbikes, cars and coaches passing by all day. This was very unfortunate as for us, sitting out on the terrace and reading during the day is a big part of the holiday when you're trying to relax. It's not as if you could move to the bar/pool area either as music is played around there during the day. It would have also been good to have a drying rack for our towels and trunks too, as we had to lay them out on the wall instead. We read in the reception area however, so we didn't try and let it bother us too much - the reception area is modern and well maintained, with plenty of seats and sofas to sit on. The WiFi worked in the reception area although it appears you are time limited on it, as if you try and sign back in after a period of time, you are constantly redirected to the sign in page. The pool was probably the best in Kassiopi. It's open between 9am and 7pm. There's the main pool, which is huge, and also a smaller pool which is for children but was pretty much empty when we went in June. The pool is modern and clean, as it was replaced as part of the refurbishment at Frosini. It never got too busy for us in the early season, which was a bonus. We also never struggled to find a sunbed, though the woven ones are slightly uncomfortable and most could do with replacing. One complaint I had was that the gardeners strimmed the grass during the day, whilst we were trying to relax, not too much of a problem though as I listened to music. The bar was very reasonably priced and the moussaka and Greek salad were delicious. You can also buy other things from the bar, such as milk/crisps and 6 bottles of water (1.5L) for €1.80 I believe and we were given a bottle of water free upon arrival. Our stay at Frosini Gardens was great and we were made to feel welcome. There could be some maintainance improvements in the rooms and if possible, something to better screen the roadside noise out on those terraces and balconies, but all in all it was a great stay. It was lovely that George saw us off at the end of our holiday, especially as there was no Thomas Cook rep on the coach. Thank you! ☺

The outside of the apartment is rather a spectacular sight. The entrance and the pool area are easily accessible and certainly look the part. Staff are welcoming to start but seem to concentrate on the 'regulars'. If you are located in the road side block of apartment the, balcony/seating area is very noisy at night due to it being located next to a main road. The apartments require a little bit of maintenance. Things such as lights and extractor fans in the bathroom and Kitchen not working, so this would require a check. The apartment has the facilities to put TV's In the rooms however chooses to to put multiple pictures there instead. However despite some negatives I would go back , the room was very spacious and the apartment does have a facilitating service such as offering the essentials at competitive prices.

Nice clean spacious apartments the only draw back being that our apartment was on the side with a very busy road running past it which was not a problem when doors and windows were closed but not good for sitting out on the balcony daytime or evening time. Reception areas etc were very nice and clean and clearly a lot of hard work had been done with regards to renovations. There were a few minor issues with regard to the rooms which could and should have been checked. The cooker extractor wasn't working neither was the extractor in the bathroom making it very steamy after taking a shower, light bulbs needed replacing, a balcony chair with the rattan peeling off the arm, little things that should be checked prior to occupation. The pool is very large and great for swimming, plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing etc. I noticed that rather than tiling around the pool it was embossed concrete that had had a red dye added which had faded and looked a little untidy. The host George was welcoming enough on arrival and saw us off when boarding the coach which was a nice touch and made it feel more personal. Overall our stay was a pleasant one apart from the road noise and would be a good place to stay in Kassiopi.

Could be nice inexpensive modern hotel, but breakfast is terrible. It's just a joke. They better just ditch it, or charge extra and serve something decent.

Kassiopi s a lovely resort with super tavernas and a lovely harbour. Frosini is a very clean and well maintained base with a large pool and pool bar serving traditional food or burgers etc. The bar is perfect for after dinner drinks and serves beers and spirits as well as a wide range of cocktails. The owner is very friendly and obliging. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning at an additional charge. Breakfast is perfect f you want cereal, toast etc. Really enjoyed our holiday and this is a great place to stay.
