Είχα κάνει ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία το Σάββατο και μέχρι την Τετάρτη δεν είχα ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας και έπρεπε να στείλω μήνυμα για να μάθω τι γίνεται. Το θετικό μου απάντησαν την ίδια μέρα ότι θα την στείλουν αύριο με ΕΛΤΑ μεταφορική. Το αρνητικό δεν μου έστειλαν μήνυμα με τον αριθμό αποστολής. The positives, very good packaging and cheaper shipping along with cash on delivery compared to others. The downside, the information on the progress and processing of the order. I had placed an online order on Saturday and until Wednesday I had no information about the progress of the order and I had to send a message to find out what is happening. The positive thing was answered the same day that they would send it tomorrow by ELTA transport. The negative did not send me a message with the shipment number.

It was packaged well, was reasonably priced and came with the requested tax receipt. I would definitely recommend ftools.gr and will use them again.
