 Mrs Popi, who owns the pharmacy, is helpful and her advice is always correct without trying to cover the role of a doctor who in some cases is necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Ftouli refuses to give medicines to people in need during her official on-call duties which is illegal. To add on this, she doesn't display on her pharmacy's window the necessary documentation which informs which pharmacies are on-call, which is also illegal.
Apart from the legal issues, I firmly believe that a healthcare provider should have a degree of empathy. You cannot leave patients with fever and urinary tract infections without medication. As a healthcare provider myself, I am very sorry for Ms. Ftouli.
