Κ	ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΑ Π on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τεραστια καθυστερηση, αδιαφορια και το κυριοτερο αμελεια στην επισκευη που μας κοστισε τελικα τα διπλα και καλα που δε παθαμε και χειροτερα. Πηγαμε για αντλια βενζινης συμφωνα με την οδικη βοηθεια, το συνεργειο επεμενε οτι φταιει ο κινητηρας και αφου τον φτιαξανε στο τελος μας ειπαν οτι φταιει και η αντλια βενζινης. 10 μερες μετα, παραμονη Χριστουγεννων ξεκινησαν να το διορθωνουν, αναγκαστηκαμε να νοικιασουμε αυτοκινητο τους για τις γιορτες (με πληρωμη) στο οποιο παρατηρουμε οτι πεφτει η θερμοκρασια του κινητηρα. 5 μερες μετα παραλαμβανουμε το αυτοκινητο μας (συνολικη αναμονη 15 μερες) και 2 βδομαδες μετα το ξαναπαμε σε αλλο συνεργειο γιατι παρατηρουμε οτι πεφτει και σε μας η θερμοκρασια του κινητηρα. Συνοπτικα αναφερω μας ειπανε οτι το Full Car Service δεν κολλησε καλα τον κινητηρα και υπηρχε διαρροη μεσα (νερα) που μπορουσε να προκαλεσει και μεγαλυτερες ζημιες. Το αποτελεσμα: 550 ευρω η πρωτη επισκευη, 70 η ενοικιαση και 500 η δευτερη. Απαραδεκτοι. The result: 550 euros the first repair, 70 the rental and 500 the second. Unacceptable.

Ασχετοι τελειως με το αντικιμενο. Για ενα σωληνακι υποπιεσης για το 4×4 περιμενα μια μερα και μου βγαλαν το καλο μουαγιε και βαλαν ενα σκουριασμενο. Επαγγελματισμος. Crook. Μας έδωσαν αυτοκίνητο εξυπηρέτησης και χωρις να πληρώσουμε μας επισκεύασαν το αυτοκίνητο. Με μια απλή εξουσιοδότηση αναλάβανε όλες τις διαδικασίες με την ασφαλιστικη εταιρια και την πληρωμή απο αυτήν . We crashed our car and repaired it in full car service. Μου έστειλαν μηχανικό στο σπίτι είδε το αυτοκίνητο μου κανόνισαν την μεταφορά στο συνεργειο . Το πρόβλημα ήταν στη μίζα την οποία μου επισκευάσαν. Τους ευχαριστώ για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. They sent an engineer to my house and saw my car and arranged the transfer to the garage. The problem was with the starter that they repaired. I thank them for their prompt service.

Μετά από μια βδομάδα ξαναπάω, πάλι τα ίδια..2 μήνες κ βάλε ακόμη με παίρνει τηλέφωνο.. μάλλον ένας προφυλακτήρας μέσω ασφαλιστικής δεν αφήνει μπόλικο κέρδος.. ευγενικοί μεν, μη επαγγελματίες δε.
