Τα φόρεσα την πρώτη μέρα και κάτι με ενοχλούσε στο δεξί παπούτσι και τη δεύτερη μέρα δεν μπορώ να πατήσω το δεξί μου πόδι από τον πόνο. Τους έστειλα μήνυμα και τους το είπα και μου είπαν πως μίλησαν με το τμήμα ποιοτικού ελέγχου και δεν υπάρχει κάποιο παράπονο και μάλλον επέλεξα λάθος νούμερο αλλά δεν προβλέπεται αντικατάσταση σε φορεμένο είδος. Τους εξήγησα ότι δεν πρόκειται για λάθος νούμερο γιατί όλα τα παπούτσια που φοράω είναι στο ίδιο νούμερο που πήρα και αν έφταιγε το νούμερο θα τα αισθανόμουν μικρά και θα πονούσαν και τα δύο πόδια όχι μόνο το ένα. Συνεπώς κακής ποιότητας παπούτσια και ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση. I ordered a pair of boots from the eshop. I wore them on the first day and something was bothering me in my right shoe and on the second day I can't step on my right foot because of the pain. I sent them a message and I told them and they told me that they talked to the quality control department and there is no complaint and I probably chose the wrong number but there is no replacement in a worn item. I explained to them that this is not the wrong number because all the shoes I wear are in the same number I got and if the number was wrong I would feel small and both feet would hurt not just one. Therefore poor quality shoes and non-existent service.

Περνάνε πόσες μέρες και ΔΕ ΜΕ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΝΟΥΝ ΚΑΝ ότι δεν υπάρχει άλλο ζευγάρι στο νούμερο που ήθελα. Εγώ τους έψαχνα για να δω τι γίνεται. Τελικά ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ακόμη δεν έχω ειδοποιηθεί για το αν έχει γίνει η επιστροφή. Απαράδεκτο! Δε φτάνει που στέλνουν ελαττωματικό προϊόν, είναι δυνατόν να τους κυνηγάει ο πελάτης για να διορθώσουν το δικό τους λάθος; Δεν μου έχει τύχει ξανά με άλλο κατάστημα αυτό. I had ordered shoes and they came defective. I contact them and they tell me to send the defective product and they will replace it for me. How many days pass and they DON'T EVEN INFORM ME that there is no other couple in the number I wanted. I was looking for them to see what was happening. Finally I asked for a refund. I have not yet been notified whether the return has been made. Unacceptable! It is not enough that they send a defective product, is it possible for the customer to chase them to correct their own mistake? This has not happened to me again with another store.

Έλειπαν τα κουμπιά και από τα δύο προϊόντα και το φόρεμα φαινόταν ταλαιπωριμενο. Απογοητευτικα γιατί η χαμηλή τιμή δεν σημαίνει και κακή ποιότητα του προϊόντος. Σίγουρα δεν θα επιχειρήσω να ξανα αγοράσω στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. I ordered a pair of pants and a dress on offer and both products were in poor condition. Buttons from both products were missing and the dress looked worn. Disappointing because the low price does not mean poor product quality. I will definitely not try to buy again at this particular store.

Μου έστειλαν παντελόνι που έλειπαν τα κουμπιά και όταν το επέστρεψα μου χρέωσαν τα έξοδα επιστροφής ενώ στο τηλέφωνο είχαν πει οτι θα είναι δικά τους. Τα ρούχα καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες. Poor quality worse than Chinese and service non-existent. They sent me pants that were missing the buttons and when I returned it they charged me the return costs while on the phone they said they would be theirs. The clothes have nothing to do with the photos.
