Very clean space, professional trainer and very careful, even to people without the slightest contact with the crossfit, it instantly makes you love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για αρχή ξεκινάμε απο τα βασικά. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος, που πληρεί όλα τα μέτρα ασφαλείας με τις απαραίτητες προφυλάξεις για την πανδημία. Ευχάριστο κλίμα , με τον εσωτερικό χώρο να είναι μεγάλος και με ωραία χρώματα. το γυμναστήριο είναι αρκετά εξοπλισμένο και τα προγράμματα βγαίνουν με άνεση. Ο άνθρωπος που είναι υπεύθυνος για την προπόνηση , είναι κατανοητός με γνώσεις στο αντικείμενο και βοηθάει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία όσο αναφορά τις ασκήσεις. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
For a start we start from the basics. Very clean area, which meets all safety measures with the necessary precautions for the pandemic. Pleasant atmosphere, with the interior being large and with nice colors. the gym is well equipped and the programs come out comfortably. The person in charge of training is understanding with knowledge of the subject and helps with any question regarding the exercises. I highly recommend.
