★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα σήμερα Σάββατο στο κατάστημα Κορυδαλλού για να κάνω αλλαγή κάποιον προϊόντων που αγόρασα στο e-shop.
Η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος/ταμίας (είχε την μάσκα της κατεβασμένη σχεδόν συνέχεια), επειδή όπως αποδείχτηκε δεν γνώριζε την διαδικασία αλλαγής προϊόντων που είχα αγοράσει μέσω e-shop, κατευθείαν αρνήθηκε αυτή τη επιλογή μου.
Αρχικά μου είπε ότι δεν μπορούσε να τα δεχτεί επειδή είναι περσινή κολεξιόν, έπειτα ότι μόνο μέσω e-shop γίνετε αλλαγή, ότι είναι francise και ίσως να κάνω επιστροφή σε κατάστημα που δεν είναι francise, και τέλος όταν της έδειξα από το κινητό μου ότι στο site αναγράφεται η δυνατότητα να κάνω αλλαγή σε όλα τα καταστήματα (εκτός attika) κάλεσε κάποιον κύριο οπού μου είπε να περάσω εντός της εβδομάδας 'επειδή η κοπέλες δεν γνωρίζουν την διαδικασία αλλαγής σε προϊόντα e-shop' με τρόπο σαν να μου κάνει χάρη, έπειτα από την εμφανή δυσαρέσκεια μου ότι εάν βρω κάτι να ζητήσω να τον ξανακαλέσουν ώστε να βρούνε κάποιο λύση και να γίνει η αλλαγή.
Δυσαρεστημένος και κουρασμένος έπειτα από αυτά δεν είχα διάθεση για ψώνια, έφυγα από το κατάστημα και θα πάω σε άλλο να κάνω την αλλαγή των προϊόντων.

First she told me that she could not accept them because it is last year's collection, then that only through e-shop you can make a change, that it is a franchise and maybe I can return to a store that is not a franchise, and finally when I showed her from my mobile that site states the possibility to make a change in all stores (except attika) called a gentleman who told me to spend the week 'because the girls do not know the process of changing e-shop products' in a way as if to please me, then from my obvious dissatisfaction that if I find something to ask him to call again so that they can find a solution and make the change.
Dissatisfied and tired after that I was not in the mood for shopping, I left the store and I will go to another to change the products.
