V	Voula Kosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τα κεντρικά, ενημερώθηκα ότι δεν μπορώ να κάνω click and collect από το κατάστημα της Νέας Σμύρνης και με συμβούλεψαν να καλέσω στο κατάστημα να ρωτήσω αν υπάρχουν οι κωδικοί που θέλω, για να πάω να τους παραλάβω απευθείας. Κάλεσα και η κυρία που σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο, ήταν αγενής, μιλούσε με άλλο πελάτη που ήταν στο κατάστημα αντί να μου δώσει την πρέπουσα σημασία, λέγοντας μου ότι έχει πάρα πολλή δουλειά και δεν μπορεί να ακούσει τους κωδικούς. Μου ζήτησε να περιγράψω τα ρούχα, αλλά δεν με άκουγε ουσιαστικά ούτε είδα πρόθεση να με βοηθήσει. Παρόλο που δυσαρεστήθηκα, αντιλήφθηκα το φόρτο εργασίας και πρότεινα να της αφήσω 1 τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας, για να με καλέσει εκείνη όταν θα ήταν πιο χαλαρή, πράγμα που με ειρωνικό τόνο αρνήθηκε. Προτίμησα να δώσω 2,80 για τα μεταφορικά, παρά να στηρίξω 1 κατάστημα που δε ξέρει να φέρεται σωστά στους πελάτες. Πραγματικά, κρίμα.
