Προσπαθώ να καταλάβω ποια ήταν ακριβώς η αντισυμβατική συμπεριφορά και η ασυνέπεια που αναφέρετε.Προφανώς και ψεύδεστε για τις 2-3 φορες που αναφέρετε οτι ήρθα στην εταιρεια.Δεν γνωριζω προσωπικά άτομο που να ανήκει στο δυναμικο εταιρειας και να εχει παει στην εργασια του 2-3 φορες.Κι ας πουμε οτι ισχυει επρεπε το πολύ την 2η βδομάδα να με απολύσετε.Δεν μπορει να στηριχθει κατι τετοιο.Για το γεγονός ότι ερχόμουν κανονικά υπάρχουν και μάρτυρες άλλωστε.Όπως υπάρχουν και οι κάμερες στο χώρο που κατεγραφαν χωρις τη γνώση μου εξ'αρχής.Ολο το διαστημα ήμουν εκει καθημερινά και με υπερωρίες.Έφυγα χωρίς αδεια τα Χριστουγεννα ( κατόπιν συνεννοήσεως μας)για μία εβδομάδα και εργαζόμουν απο το σπίτι ( έκλεινα 10ωρα και 12ωρα εργασίας) τα οποια προφανώς και δεν αναγνωριστηκαν μισθολογικά.Η ασυνέπεια ήταν από τη δική σας πλευρά καθώς αφενός μου ανακοινώσατε μία μέρα με το ζόρι χωρίς να σας το ζητήσω να πάρω άδεια κι αφετέρου όταν με πεταξατε εκτος των συστημάτων ( εν ώρα εργασιας) και ενώ δουλευα κανονικά μου ειπατε σταματαμε τη συνεργασια.Κι όλο αυτο συνέβη γιατι τολμησα να κανω συζητηση για αυξηση μισθου.Κι αυτη η συζητηση για την αυξηση εγινε καθως αλλα ειχαμε συμφωνήσει κι αλλα καθηκοντα ειχα στην εταιρεια.Και γυρισατε και μου ειπατε με υφος" δεν προκειται κοριτσακι μου να δεις αυξηση απο μένα" Αυτο για την βροχή δεν ισχυει σε καμια περιπτωση.Καμια εμπαθεια και κανένα συναίσθημα δεν σας χαριζω.Καλο ειναι ομως περα απο τα σεμινάρια να ξερει ο κόσμος και τι περιβάλλον επικρατει οταν "σβήνουν τα φώτα".Θα το εκτιμούσα αν ακομη και τωρα ζητούσατε μία συγγνώμη σαν εργοδότης.Οτι έγινε έγινε δεν αλλάζει εξαλλου.Αντ'αυτού μου επιτιθεστε και ψευδεστε σε ολο αυτο που γραψατε.Μετα απο όλα αυτά προφανώς και το παραδειγμα προς αποφυγή εργοδότη είστε εσεις.Λυπαμαι πραγματικά για όσα άκουσα.Το μονο που επιβεβαιωνω ειναι οτι πραγματι εργαστηκα για 1.5 μηνα πριν απο 1 χρονο. By far the worst working environment. I am trying to understand exactly what was the unconventional behavior and inconsistency you mention. Obviously you are lying about the 2-3 times you mention that I came to the company. I do not personally know a person who belongs to the company potential and has gone to work 2- 3 times. And let's say that it is valid, you should have fired me in the 2nd week at the latest. There can be no such thing. For the fact that I came normally, there are witnesses, after all. The whole time I was there every day and overtime. I left without leave at Christmas (after our arrangement) for a week and worked from home (I closed 10 hours and 12 hours of work) which obviously were not recognized as wages. The inconsistency was from your side as on the one hand you announced to me one day by force without asking you to take leave and on the other hand when you threw me out of the systems (during working hours) and while I was working and Normally you told me we stopped working together. And all this happened because I dared to have a discussion about salary increase. And this discussion about the increase took place as we had agreed and I had other duties in the company. to see an increase from me "This for the rain does not apply in any case. I do not give you any empathy and no emotion. I appreciated if you were still apologizing as an employer. What happened happened does not change anyway. Instead you are attacking me and lying to everything you wrote. After all this obviously you are the example to avoid employer. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για το χρήσιμο εφόδιο (σεμινάριο ERP SOFTONE) που με βοηθήσατε να αποκτήσω καθώς και για τον επαγγελματισμό σας. impeccably trained lecturers, surprisingly quick and easy procedures as well as immediate response and willingness on the part of the school secretariat to help me in anything that concerned me. A	Anastasia B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ξεκίνησα ένα σεμινάριο σε ένα λογιστικό πρόγραμμα. Δεν έμεινα καθόλου ευχαριστημένη. Τα μαθήματα ήτανε βιντεοσκοπημένα καθώς ο καθηγητής έκανε παράδοση δια ζώσης στους μαθητές. Άκουγα όλους τους μαθητές να μιλάνε και να λένε τις απορίες τους, ο καθηγητής εξηγούσε χωρίς να δείχνει στην οθόνη τι κάνει και εγώ προσπαθούσα μόνη μου να καταλαβω τι γίνεται. 2 φορές που ζήτησα να μιλήσω με καθηγητή για να μου απαντήσει σε κάποιες απορίες με ξεπεταξε και μου το έκλεισε σε 5 λεπτά. Δεν είχαν κάνει καν επεξεργασία στα μαθήματα για να μην ακούγονται οι συνομιλίες των μαθητών , τηλέφωνα που χτυπάνε και όλα τα περιττά πράγματα που αναφέρανε στο μάθημα και δεν χρειαζόταν να ακούμε. Γενικά ήτανε πολύ πρόχειρο και δεν θέλησα καν να το ολοκληρώσω παρόλο που είχα πληρώσει. I started a seminar in an accounting program. I was not happy at all. The lessons were videotaped as the teacher made a live delivery to the students. I listened to all the students talk and say their questions, the teacher explained without showing on the screen what he was doing and I was trying to figure out what was happening on my own. 2 times when I asked to talk to a teacher to answer some questions he threw me out and closed it for me in 5 minutes. They had not even edited the lessons so that the students' conversations, ringing phones and all the unnecessary things they mentioned in the lesson could not be heard and we did not need to listen. It was generally very rough and I did not even want to finish it even though I had paid.
