Πήγα για φωτογραφία (ψηφιακό αρχείο για επίσημο κρατικό έγγραφο) και όταν το σύστημα δεν δεχόταν το αρχείο επικοινώνησα για να δούμε πως μπορούμε να το τροποποιήσουμε σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές. Η απόκριση ήταν το λιγότερο υβριστική. Λογικά ζήτησα τα χρήματα μου πίσω εφόσον δεν είχα επιτυχημένη παροχή υπηρεσιών και δεν υπήρχε διάθεση συνεργασίας. (Κατά την επιστροφή των χρημάτων δεν κάνεις χάρη στον πελάτη επειδή δεν του παρακράτησες το ΦΠΑ. Είναι αυτονόητο ότι το ποσό επιστρέφεται στο ακέραιο).
 Rude, unprofessional behavior. I went for a photo (digital file for an official government document) and when the system did not accept the file I contacted to see how we can modify it according to the specifications. The response was the least abusive. I logically asked for my money back since I did not have a successful service and there was no willingness to cooperate. (When returning the money you do not favor the customer because you did not withhold the VAT. It goes without saying that the amount is refunded in full).
