Χ	Χάρης Μπαλάκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οτι χειρότερο υπάρχει σε μεταφορική ενώ το κόστος των μεταφορικών με το ηλεκτρνικό κατάστημα έχει κλείσει στα 30 ευρώ σε παίρνουν τηλέφωνω απο το πρακτορείο μια ώρα πριν την παράδοση και σου ζητάνε αλλα δέκα ευρώ για να στο φέρουν συνολο μεταφορικών 40 !!! και δεν φτάνει μόνο αυτο η συμπεριφορά του οδηγού απαράδεκτη (λες και τον κεράτωσε η γυναίκα του) τσέπωσε το δεκάρικο και έφυγε χωρίς καμια βοήθεια!!! καταλαβαινω οτι το φορτηγο δεν μπορει να εχει προσβαση παντου ειδικά σε μικρα στενακια αλλα οταν έχεις πληρώσει μεταφορικά χρυσάφι περιμένεις εστω μια μικρη βοηθεια σε ενα σπιτι αποστασης 10 μετρων ειδικα οταν έχεις ενα πακετο ασήκωτο, ειναι πολύ τυχερός που βιαστηκα να του δώσω το δεκάρικο στο χέρι διαφορετικά θα επαιρνε τα @@ μου. What is worse in transport while the cost of transport with the online store is closed at 30 euros, they call you from the agency an hour before delivery and ask you for another ten euros to bring you a total of 40 transport !!! and this alone is not enough, the driver's behavior is unacceptable (as if his wife cheated on him) he pocketed the tithe and left without any help !!! I understand that the truck can not have access everywhere especially in small alleys but when you have paid for transport gold you expect even a little help in a house 10 meters away especially when you have an unstoppable package, he is very lucky that I hurried to give him the penny otherwise he would take my @@.

Ε	Ελευθερια Α. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άκρως ανάρμοστη και αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά από το προσωπικο. έλαβα τηλεφώνημα για την παράδοση των επίπλων που είχα παραγγείλει και αντιμετωπίστηκα με αγένεια δεδομενου ότι δεν συμφωνούσα στις ώρες παράδοσης λόγω εργασίας. Μου ζητήθηκε να παραλάβω μόνη μου το προιον, πράγμα απαράδεκτο από τη στιγμή που βρίσκομουν κεντρικά (Ρέθυμνο ) . Επειτα από δική μου επιμονή και έχοντας συμφωνήσει στις ώρες παραδόσεις ζήτησα εάν είναι εφικτό να μου ανεβάσουν τα πράγματα στον όροφο διότι έιμαι μόνη μου διευκρινίζοντας ότι δεν έχω ασανσέρ στην κύρια που μιλούσα και εννοείται τονίζοντας ότι θα πληρώσω την οποία έξτρα χρέωση. Ο διανομέας φώναζε από το τηλέφωνο στην κύρια να μου πει ότι δεν τα ανεβάζει πάνω. Εν τέλει ήρθε ο οδηγός και αφού με ρώτησε πού ι είναι το ασανσέρ και μου την είπε ότι δεν το ανέφερα στο τηλέφωνο και δεν το ήξερε να φέρει κάποιο δεύτερο άτομο μαζί του, πράγμα που δεν ισχύει, έριξε εν τέλει τις ευθύνες στην κύρια που μιλούσα στο τηλέφωνο λέγοντας με πολύ θράσος ότι θα την βρισει γιατί του έλεγε ψέματα. Προφανώς και δεν μου ανέβαζε τα πράγματα πάνω, παρότι ήμουν με μια φίλη μου και θα μπορούσε να βοηθήσει και να πληρωθεί εννοείται. Καλό θα ήταν να είστε σίγουροι ότι το προσωπικό που έχετε ενδιαφέρεται για τη δουλειά που κάνει και έχει όρεξη η τουλάχιστον να έχει μια πιο αρμόζουσα συμπεριφορά. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior by the staff. I received a phone call about the delivery of the furniture I had ordered and was treated rudely as I did not agree on delivery times due to work. I was asked to pick up the product myself, which was unacceptable from the moment I was in central (Rethymnon). After my own insistence and having agreed on the delivery times I asked if it is possible for them to take my things upstairs because I am alone clarifying that I do not have an elevator to the lady I was talking to and of course emphasizing that I will pay that extra charge. The distributor was calling from the phone to the principal to tell me that he was not picking them up. Eventually the driver came and after asking me where the elevator was and told me that I did not mention it on the phone and did not know how to bring a second person with him, which is not the case, he finally blamed the lady I was talking to on the phone saying very boldly that he would curse her because she was lying to him. Obviously he was not putting things on me, even though I was with a friend of mine and he could help and get paid of course. It's a good idea to make sure your staff are interested in the job they are doing and have an appetite or at least a more appropriate demeanor.
