Π	ΠΟΠΗ ΠΑΛΑΙΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από 20 μέρες πήρα αρνητική απάντηση για αποφορολογηση προϊόντος με σωστά έγγραφα, αν δεν θέλετε να εξυπηρετησετε να μην προχωρούσα την διαδικασία, κρίμα ο χρόνος αναμονής. After 20 days I got a negative response for product taxation with proper documents, if you do not want to serve I did not proceed with the process, sorry the waiting time.

Αρχικά έκανα την παραγγελία μου απτό σαιτ γιατί είχε καλή τιμή για κινητό και ζήτησα να μου κόψουν τιμολόγιο. Έστειλα όλα τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα ηλεκτρονικά και περίμενα απάντηση απτό λογιστήριο. Η απάντηση ήρθε μετά από επανηλημενες κλήσεις μου προς το κατάστημα (4 για την ακρίβεια) και μου απάντησαν μετά από 18 ΜΕΡΕΣ. Η απάντηση έλεγε ότι τα έγγραφα μου έγιναν δεκτά απτό λογιστήριο του καταστήματος και ότι το κινητό θα κάνει 60 ΜΕΡΕΣ μέχρι να παραδοθεί (παρολο που στο σαιτ έγραφε 30 μέρες). Γενικά το κατάστημα αλλά και το σαιτ κοροϊδεύει τους πελάτες με άσκοπες και τεράστιες καθυστερήσεις. Αν κάποιος σκέφτεται να πάρει το οτιδήποτε από αυτό το μαγαζί θα τον παρακαλέσω να μην το κάνει γιατί μόνο τον χρόνο του θα χάσει και την υπομονή του. Initially I placed my order on a tangible site because it had a good price for a mobile phone and I asked to have my invoice cut. I sent all the necessary documents electronically and waited for a tangible accounting response. The answer came after my repeated calls to the store (4 to be exact) and they answered me after 18 DAYS. The answer said that my documents were accepted by the store's accounting department and that the mobile phone would take 60 DAYS until it was delivered (although it said 30 days on the site). In general, the store and the site make fun of the customers with unnecessary and huge delays. If anyone is thinking of getting anything from this store I will ask them not to do it because it will only waste their time and patience. THEIR COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UN-PROFESSIONAL SHAME.

Τους έστειλα πίσω ακουστικά των 80€ που πάνω στον μήνα δεν δούλευε το ένα και μου τα στειλαν πίσω μετά από 3 εβδομάδες με δική μου χρέωση (15€)!!αν υπήρχε 0 αστερι θα το έβαζα.μην μπλέκετε... Unfortunately, those of us who have bought from this store received problematic products. I sent them back headphones of 80 € that during the month one did not work and they sent them back to me after 3 weeks with my own charge (15 €) !! if there was 0 star I would put it. Do not confuse ...

D	Demetrios Fotop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην κάνετε το λάθος να κάνετε αγορά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Οφείλω να σας ενημερώσω ότι άπαξ και αγοράσετε δεν υπάρχει καμία απολύτως υποστήριξη. Έχω αγοράσει ακουστικά και μάλιστα επί δύο φορές (Xiaomi amazfit powerbuds) 160 ευρώ . Εκτός το ότι και τα δύο βγήκαν προβληματικά τα έστειλα όπως προβλέπεται για επισκευή, έλεγχο. Δεν είχα καμία απολύτως ενημέρωση μετά από σχεδόν ένα μήνα , έπρεπε να τους καλώ εγώ σχεδόν καθημερινά ,εν τέλει μετά απο πίεση και επικοινωνια μόνο από πλευράς μου ,μου ζητάνε φωτογραφίες ,από πού που και πως το φορτίζα. Μετά από δεκάδες επικοινωνίες ξαφνικά προέκυψαν ζητούμενα, με τόνο και ύφος από υπαλλήλους λες και είναι δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι και φυσικά προχώρησα σε καταγγελία σε όλους τους αρμόδιους φορείς, σε Ίνκα συνήγορο του Πολίτη κοκ. Υπάρχουν πολύ πιο αξιόπιστα κατάστηματα να κάνετε τις αγορές όπου υπάρχει και υποστήριξη αργότερα. Πρόσοψη υπολειτουργούν τρόπον τινά. Do not make the mistake of making a purchase from this store. I had absolutely no information after almost a month, I had to call them almost every day, finally after pressure and communication only from me, they ask me for photos, from where and how I charged it. After dozens of communications, questions suddenly arose, with the tone and style of employees as if they were civil servants, and of course I made a complaint to all the competent bodies, to the Inca ombudsman, etc. There are many more reliable stores to make purchases where there is support later. Facade underperform in some ways.
