★ ★ ★ ★ ★ וילה עם נוף מהמם, לאזור קלמאטה, חוף הים. מאובזרת בצורה טובה מאוד, עם כל הפריטים במטבח, כולל מכונת כביסה, הבית נקי מאוד, עם חשיבה לפרטים. קרובה מאוד לקלמאטה, יש 2 חדרי שינה עם מיטה זוגית, וחדר שינה עם 2 מיטות יחיד. בקומה השניה. יש חדר שרותים ןמקלחת משותף.
ובקומה הראשונה שרותים נוספים.
בעלת הבית מסבירת פנים.
יש לשים לב להדרכת בעלת המקום, היות ולפי הוויז, הגענו לדרך לא ידידותית. מקום נעים מאוד לשהייה.
 Villa with stunning views, Kalamata area, beach. Very well equipped, with all kitchen items, including washing machine, very clean house, with thinking for details. Very close to Calamata, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On the second floor. There is a shared bathroom and toilet.
And on the first floor additional services.
The landlady is welcoming.
One should pay attention to the guidance of the owner of the place, since according to the picture, we arrived at an unfriendly way. Very pleasant place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Шикарнейшее место! Один вид на залив чего стоит! Дом максимально оборудован техникой, мебелью, и прочими принадлежностями, необходимыми для комфортного отдыха. В доме могут разместиться 6-8 человек. Хозяйка очень внимательная. Всем настоятельно рекомендую!
Great place! One view of the bay is worth it! The house is fully equipped with appliances, furniture, and other accessories necessary for a comfortable stay. The house can accommodate 6-8 people. The hostess is very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Präsentkorb mit Wein und Kaffee beglückte uns gleich bei unserer Ankunft. Und dann entdeckten wir die frischen Feigen und Granatäpfel im Garten, den überwältigenden Blick von der Terrasse über die Bucht von Kalamata und bequeme Betten, was will man mehr? Aber es gibt noch mehr. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Raumaufteilung großzügig und die Lage des Hauses ist ein vorzüglicher Startpunkt, um in jede Richtung Ausflüge an die nahegelegenen Strände mit Tavernen oder ins Inland zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu machen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
A gift basket with wine and coffee made us happy when we arrived. And then we discovered the fresh figs and pomegranates in the garden, the overwhelming view from the terrace over the bay of Kalamata and comfortable beds, what more could you ask for? But there is more. The kitchen is well equipped, the layout is generous and the location of the house is an excellent starting point to go on excursions to the nearby beaches with taverns or inland to the sights in every direction. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience we had was gorgeous. The view from the house over the Kalamata Bay is overwhelming. The house is just perfect for a family with kids, with nice living room, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. We really appreciated the silence around and the fact that the host welcomed us with basic food and beverages as well as tooth paste as we got to the location very late and wouldn't have time to buy it the first night. All in all, an excellent experience that we recommend to anybody travels to Kalamata.
