Πάντα το προτιμούσα σαν ζαχαροπλαστείο τόσο εγώ όσο και η οικογένεια μου, ωστόσο είχαμε συνεννοηθεί με την υπάλληλο ότι η τούρτα που παρήγγειλα να μη βγει παρά πάνω από ένα συγκεκριμένο ποσό ,με είχε διαβεβαιώσει ότι δεν πρόκειται και ότι του το σημειώνει του ζαχαροπλάστη για να μη γίνει λάθος. Ε όπως καταλαβαίνετε προφανώς πήγε πάρα πάνω δίχως καμμιά ενημέρωση. Η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι συμβαίνουν αυτά κ ότι έχω δίκιο αλλά δεν γίνεται κάτι. Και προφανώς κουβέντα στο να δώσω το συμφωνηθέν ποσό. Δεν έκανα καβγά λόγω των ημερών αλλά έχασαν και εμένα και την οικογένεια μου από πελάτες.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς 2η φορά που δεν ανταποκρίνεται το γλυκό που πήραμε στις προσδοκίες μας.... χαλβάς σιμιγδαλενιος πιο νερουλός δεν γινόταν. Αραιος, δεν είχε πήξει καθόλου..... καμία σχέση με πέρυσι.... όπως επίσης και η παβλοβα πριν μια εβδομαδα δεν είχε καθόλου μαρέγκα μπισκότο....καθόλου τραγανό..... το είχαν αντικαταστήσει με σαντιγί..... κρίμα...πολύ κρίμα.... Εντάξει έχουν ακριβύνει τα υλικά, αλλά μη ρίχνετε την ποιότητα....

Όμως η σειρά προτεραιότητας των πελατών, όπως επίσης και ο επιτρεπτός αριθμός τους, καλό θα ήταν να τηρούνται-και από το ίδιο το κατάστημα, αλλά και από τους πελάτες.
