Sauber, professionell, es wird nie zu viel Wasser zugegeben, die Maschinen werden wirklich restlos gespült, damit unser Öl auch wirklich Bio ist und bleibt, und wir nicht vom Nachbarn die Reste im Öl haben, die dann die Analysewerte verfälschen würden.
Man kann seine Oliven und die Produktion in allen Schritten überwachen, aber dort würde auch ohne Überwachen peinlichst auf Sauberkeit und ordentliches Arbeiten geachtet.
Das tolle ist dann der Moment, in dem man sein eigenes Öl am Abend der Ernte verkostet.
Da hat sich dann abends um 11 der Tag gelohnt !!!!
THE olive mill I trust.
Clean, professional, never too much water is added, the machines are really completely rinsed so that our oil is and remains really organic, and we don't have the residues in the oil from the neighbors that would then falsify the analysis values.
You can monitor your olives and the production in every step, but there would be meticulous attention to cleanliness and orderly work even without monitoring.
The great thing is the moment when you taste your own oil on the evening of the harvest.
The day was then worth it at 11 in the evening !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν ήταν γήπεδο θα ήταν το "Μαρακανα", αν ήταν ομάδα θα ήταν η "Μπαγερ Μονάχου", αν ήταν αίθουσα δεξιώσεων θα ήταν κάποια του "Χίλτον". Είναι όμως ελαιοτριβείο και είναι το καλύτερο της Αργολίδας!!!
If it was a stadium it would be the Maracana, if it was a team it would be the Bayer Leverkusen, if it was a ballroom it would be one of the Hilton. But it is an olive mill and it is the best in Argolida !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις, πολύ φιλικό περιβάλλον και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Για οικοδομικές αγορές και χρήση ελαιοτριβείου δεν χρειάζεται να πάς πουθενά αλλού. Έβγαλα το λάδι μου καθισμένος στην ωραιότατη αίθουσα αναμονής ξεκούραστα και γρήγορα.
Modern facilities, very friendly environment and prompt service. For building purchases and use of an olive mill you do not need to go anywhere else. I took out my oil sitting in the beautiful waiting room relaxed and fast.
