Ε	Εύη Σουλούκου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά στα ταμεία.Μας είχε να περιμένουμε επειδή ο προηγούμενος πελάτης μιλούσε στο τηλέφωνο και έβαζε τα πράγματα του με το πάσο του στις σακούλες(ενώ είχε καρότσι μαζί του) και σηκώθηκε από το ταμείο να πάει να τακτοποιήσει άλλα πράγματα λέγοντας μας ότι ούτως η άλλως θα περιμένετε γιατί είναι γεμάτο το ταμείο.Οταν επέστρεψε τη ρωτήσαμε αν μπορούσε να ξεκινήσει να περνάει τα προϊόντα (ο προηγούμενος πελάτης ακόμα δεν είχε τελειώσει ούτε με τις σακούλες ούτε με το τηλεφώνημα) και εκείνη μας έδωσε μια απάντηση του τύπου "Γιατί περιμένατε;"με ειρωνικό ύφος.Και αφού ξεκίνησε να περνάει τα προϊόντα τα πετούσε προς εμάς με ένταση και όταν έσπασε κάτι και της ζητήσαμε να το αλλάξει έφερε το αντίστοιχο προϊόν για αντικατάσταση λέγοντας "Να σας το βάλω εγώ στη σακούλα μη το σπάσω πάλι;".Κρίμα που υπάρχουν άνθρωποι με τέτοιους τρόπους σ αυτές τις θέσεις που έχουν αμεση επαφή με τον πελάτη. Συγκεκριμένα δύο γυναίκες των ταμείων μας φέρθηκαν με ειρωνεία και χλευασμό όταν εκφράσαμε με τρόπο την δυσαρέσκεια μας για την καθυστέρηση περίπου 10 λεπτά στο ταμείο χωρίς κάποιο προφανή λόγο. Η ταμίας χωρίς να έχει υπάρξει κάποιος διαπληκτισμος ή προσβολή από μέρους μας, εκνευρίστηκε από την προτροπή μας να ξεκινήσουμε επιτέλους τη διαδικασία της ταμειακής εκτίμησης των προϊόντων που είχαμε εναποθέσει στο ταμείο. Ως αποτέλεσμα και χωρίς να συνεχιστεί κάποια περαιτέρω κουβέντα από εμάς, η ταμίας άρχισε να σκαναρει τα προϊόντα μας και να τα πετάει με δύναμη στο πάγκο με αποτέλεσμα να προκληθεί φθορά σε ένα από τα περασμένα προϊόντα. Αμέσως έσπευσα να της ζητήσω να προβεί σε αλλαγή του προϊόντος, το οποίο και έπραξε ψιθυρίζοντας ύβρεις εναντίον μας. Όταν επέστρεψε στο ταμείο δεν παρέλειψε να μας ειρωνεύτει παρόλα αυτά μας ευχήθηκε καλή συνέχεια. (Σίγουρα με κατάρες) The worst there is in service at their coffers.
