★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάω εδώ και αρκετά καλοκαίρια στο κατάστημα Γαλαξίας στην Ιστιαία,το προσωπικό πραγματικά καταπληκτικό,πάντα πρόθυμοι και εξυπηρετικοί.Τετοια εξυπηρέτηση δύσκολα συναντάς. Μπορεί να θέλει μια ανακαίνιση ο χώρος αλλά πραγματικά δεν με ενοχλεί καθόλου. Τα ράφια πάντα γεμάτα. Συγχαρητήρια!!!
I have been going to Galaxias store in Istiaia for several summers, the staff is really amazing, always willing and helpful. You can hardly find such a service. The place may need a renovation but it really does not bother me at all. The shelves are always full. Congratulations!!!

Καλυπτει τις αναγκες τις περιοχης,καλες τιμες και ποικιλια προϊοντων.

Large parking lot but gypsies always set up from the outside, the employees try but there are no people missing.
Meets the needs of the area, good prices and variety of products.
PS: Congratulations to Ms. Efi on the cheeses.

Sufficient, as much as to meet the needs of the area. I was satisfied with the service. However, it would be helpful to have more staff members.

Bought a fan that after a week kept shutting down. They refused to take it back because we hadn't kept the box (we still had the receipt but who keeps a bulky box "in case it breaks")? The manager would not allow me to speak, kept speaking over me and was generally dismissive of the situation.
As it was, I haven't shopped there in a while since their prices are getting ridiculous and MyMarket offers a better food range now and very reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and go to MyMarket instead.
