L	Lamberto Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service, very polite and kind manners. Spacious rooms, everything is new and very clean. Good WiFi, big towels, soap dispenser, price similar to other lower quality hotels. Very good choice!

Great location as it is in the heart of the city (making parking somewhat difficult) Only downside was breakfast which could have been better, as choice was limited, coffee was not so good, bad orange juice.
A	Agyatmitra Shunya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 days stay. The place is run by a charming couple. The other staff is also very pleasant. Rooms are clean. In the town and 5minutes walk from the see front and beach. Breakfast is included and mostly consists of a wide variety of sweet things. Always eggs in some form. Coffee is excellent. They also have a mini bar at the reception area and ample space for sitting.

A definite value for money place. I would go again. Some suggestions for the place : 1. A small trash bin for the bedroom would be useful. 2.a hook for towels next to the bath tap 3.maybe renew the breakfast when things finish like the honey or the milk Overall I would visit again I thought it was great
C	Christine Bold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard in the rooms and public areas. Our room was fantastic, at a reasonable price. Although it is on a town street it has parking a little way along the road and it is within walking distance of the beach and a range of restaurants bars and shops. We had a two night stay to explore the city but would have been happy to stay here longer. The breakfasts were great with a very good range of hot and cold foods, all freshly made and presented. The dining room was a very pleasant environment. 4 stars rather than 5 because of a lack of fire escape instructions, and the internal doors on the small lift did not shut, which was unsafe, especially since children were using the lift alone. I hope the hotel will address these concerns as part of its ongoing refurbishment.
I	Ioannis Tsiakkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious for two and all the amenities you may want by a hotel where given to us. The bed was excellent, with the new air inverter made for a perfect temperature in the hot Cretan climate. The television had a wide variaty of European channels and the bathroom was very nice, only having the toilet and shower, while the trough was outside, for use after the toilet and your entrance to the room. The lighting was very welcoming and cozy and the whole newly redesigned room looked stunning. The one and only thing I did not like was the poor breakfast, which was not due to the corona laws forcing for more sanitized ways of delivering breakfast, but because of the poor quality of it. All in all a very nice stay, and would come again.

The rooms are not very big, but quite modern and beautiful. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is delicious with many different options. Highly recommended!

Rooms are not clean (just look under the bed), decor and ambience is absent (feels like a hospital), bathroom is from the 50s, there is no insect net at the windows which is unheard of in Greece, parking is not always available. We had 3 rooms and all were the same. Staff is friendly. Avoid at all costs.
