Mrs. Soula of the ESTEE LAUDER Company is amazing as a Human and as a Professional .. !! The staff of the store in Ilion is very helpful !!
Ε	Ελένη Καρακωστα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό είναι κάτω του μετρίου, σε εξυπηρετούν που λεει ο λόγος, με μια διάθεση εξυπνακιστικη και με το νου τους στην πονηριά.Φυσικά όχι ολες, αλλα τα 3/4. Απαράδεκτο και πολύ χαμηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης. Πήγα να πάρω ενα δώρο για το μόνο λόγο ότι είναι κάπως εξυπηρέτηση που είναι κοντά στο σπίτι μου και φτάνοντας στο ταμείο είχα πάρει και κάτι για εμένα. Τους λέω λοιπόν ότι αυτό είναι για εμένα και η κολώνια για δώρο. Έβαλαν το δικό μου σε μία πλαστική τσαντούλα και το δώρο αφού έσβησαν την τιμή το έβαλαν σε μία χάρτινη να το κλείσουμε μου λένε, να το κλείσετε τους λέω, υποθέτοντας και θεωρώντας σίγουρο ότι έχουν βάλει κάρτα αλλαγής, αφού τους είπα ότι είναι για δώρο. Πήγα το δώρο μου στον άνθρωπο όπου ήταν να πάει και όταν ο άνθρωπος πήγε να το αλλάξει δεν του το άλλαζαν διότι δεν είχε κάρτα αλλαγής. Και μου μετέφερε ότι του είπαν πώς επίτηδες μάλλον δεν ζήτησα κάρτα αλλαγής για να μην μάθει πόσο το πήρα!! Λες και δε μπορεί να ρωτήσει να μάθει πόσο έχει. Δηλαδή με έκαναν και ρεζίλι στον άνθρωπο και με εξαπάτησαν μη βάζοντας κάρτα αλλαγής. The staff are below average, they serve you as the reason says, with a clever disposition and with their minds on cunning. Of course not all but 3/4. Unacceptable and very low level of service. I went to get a gift for the sole reason that it is some kind of service that is close to my house and reaching the cashier I had something for me too. So I tell them this is for me and the cologne for a gift. They put mine in a plastic bag and the gift after they lowered the price they put it on a paper to close it they tell me to close it I say, assuming and assuming they have put in a change card, since I told them it was a gift. I gave my gift to the man where he was going and when the man went to change it they didn't change it because he didn't have a change card. And she told me that she was told how deliberately I didn't ask for a change card so she wouldn't know how much I got !! As if he can't ask to know how much he has. That is, they made me resilient to the man and deceived me by not putting in a change card.

Έψαχνα πόση ώρα για το βερνίκι νυχιών που ήθελα,οι κοπέλες με είχαν δει αλλά μόνο 1 έκανε τον κόπο να με ρωτήσει αν χρειάζομαι βοήθεια και αυτή μετά από ένα τέταρτο. Απαράδεκτο. Πρέπει δηλαδή να σας φωνάζουμε για να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε? Εννοείται πως δεν ξανά πατάω το πόδι μου σε αυτό το κατάστημα. Before click away I had visited the physical store. I was looking for how much time for the nail polish I wanted, the girls had seen me but only 1 bothered to ask me if I needed help and she after a quarter. Unacceptable.
