Προπληρωσα για να παραλάβω γρήγορα από το καταστημα (μιλάμε για μια κρέμα ημέρας μόνο) κ εδώ κ ένα μήνα με δουλεύουν κ δε μου λένε να περάσω εγώ ουτε τη στέλνουν. Όταν τους καλώ λενε θα με πάρει κάποιος τηλ. Αυριο κ εξαφανίζονται. Έχω πάρει 5 τηλέφωνα έχω περάσει από το κατάστημα έχω στείλει μηνύματα κ τίποτα! Ζήτησα τα λεφτά μου πίσω αν δε μου τη φερουν κ δεν απαντά κάποιος από το e-shop ! Τους ξαναπήρα πάλι εγώ αφού με γράφουν κ περιμένω να δω αν μου τα γυρίσουν πίσω! Μακριά! What is worse in service and e-shop. Το μόνο επιβεβαιωτικό μέιλ που μου ήρθε για τη συναλλαγή ήταν της τράπεζας. 21/4 καλώ το κατάστημα να ρωτήσω σε τι στάδιο βρίσκεται η παραγγελία μου και εάν έχει γίνει δεκτή, γιατί όπως προείπα επιβεβαιωτικό μέιλ δεν έλαβα. Μου λένε ότι δεν έχει φύγει η παραγγελία μου και ότι λόγω φόρτου εργασίας θα πάρει 8 με 10 εργάσιμες για να μου παραδοθεί. Ενημερώνω τον υπάλληλο ότι επιθυμώ να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία μου, διότι δεν μπορώ να περιμένω τόσο πολύ. Μου λέει οκ, η επιστροφή του ποσού που χα προπληρώσει θα γίνει σε 10 εργάσιμες. Φυσικά ούτε μέιλ ακύρωσης, ούτε ΤΠΤ. Τους ξανακαλώ σήμερα, μου λένε θα ενημερώσουμε ξανά το λογιστήριο για την ακύρωση. Και το αποκορύφωμα, σήμερα απόγευμα επιστρέφω σπίτι από δουλειά και τι να δω! Η παραγγελία μου στο σπίτι που είχε παραλάβει ο άνδρας μου για μένα!!! Φυσικά δεν είχε ιδέα ότι ΔΕΝ περίμενα δέμα για να κάνει άρνηση παραλαβής και δεν θεώρησα και σκόπιμο να τον ενημερώσω, διότι αποστολή πριν την ακύρωση μου δεν είχε μεσολαβήσει, όπως με είχε ενημερώσει ο υπάλληλος που μίλησα στις 21/4. Από πού να πιάσω την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών;; Από τα ανύπαρκτα μέιλς ενημέρωσης; Ακόμη και για το γεγονός ότι τελικά, χωρίς να επιθυμώ, τα αποστείλατε, δε θα έπρεπε να έχω ένα tracking number, όπως κάνουν όλες οι σοβαρές εταιρείες που δραστηριοποιούνται με eshops?? Και τώρα που θέλω να τα επιστρέψω πίσω πρέπει να πάρω το αμάξι μου να στηθώ στη speedex Περιστερίου και να πληρώσω και έξοδα αποστολής;; Σοβαρευτείτε και αρχίστε να ενημερώνετε τον κόσμο σε ΚΑΘΕ φάση της παραγγελίας του. Να ξέρει τι του γίνεται. Και συνεννοηθείτε επιτέλους τηλεφωνητής και λογιστήριο. Έλεος δλδ. Ακόμη και το ότι αφιερώνω χρόνο να καλέσω 2 φορές το κέντρο σας και να γράψω αυτή την αξιολόγηση ΜΕ ΕΝΟΧΛΕΙ σαν καταναλωτή. Okay guys, WHAT HAPPENS. I ordered on 15/4. The only confirmation email I received for the transaction was from the bank. 21/4 I call the store to ask what stage my order is at and if it has been accepted, because as I said I did not receive a confirmation email. I inform the employee that I want to cancel my order because I can't wait that long. He tells me ok, the return of the amount he has prepaid will be done in 10 working days. Of course, neither cancellation mail nor TPT. I call them again today, they tell me we will update the accounting office again for cancellation. And the highlight, this afternoon I'm coming home from work and what to see! My order at the house that my husband had received for me !!!
