★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσοχή η ηλικιωμένη κυρία στο ταμείο που είτε της ανήκει είτε είναι υπεύθυνη στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα χτυπάει στο ταμείο έξτρα κωδικούς προϊόντων!! Να κοιτάτε πάντα απόδειξη εμένα τις προάλλες προσπάθησε να μου χρεώσει 11 ευρώ παραπάνω χτυπώντας μια κρέμα σώματος!! Όταν είδα την απόδειξη και ξαναγύρισα στο κατάστημα και ζήτησα να δω τις κάμερες ήταν πρώτη φορά στα τόσα χρόνια που πηγαίνω ευγενική και κου έδωσε κατευθείαν τα λεφτά πίσω λέγοντας πως άλλη κοπέλα ήταν στο ταμείο και μπερδεύτηκε...δεν το συνέχισα καν...! Απλά προσοχή!!

My wife bought a product here, which was faulty. They didn't want to return money or exchange. They lose us as customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, I was recommended a maskara, which was dry and when I came to exchange it, they have told me I'm not allowed it as it's out of the time frame.
While I understand there is a period of time, the product was faulty- therefore it wasn't my fault. With busy life mama style I didn't had time to come earlier.
You loose a customer, hope it was worth to not be helpful!
