Η εξυπηρέτηση σε ορισμένα καταστήματα είναι εξαιρετική, σε κάποια άλλα μέτρια έως κακή. Η εξυπηρέτηση του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτη, και δεν αναφέρομαι σε μεμονωμένο περιστατικό, αλλά συστηματικά. Μεγάλο κρίμα να γίνονται προσπάθειες για περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη και να υπάρχουν τέτοιου είδους σημαντικές ποιοτικές αποκλίσεις.
Restructuring is needed in the overall service, hence the Central rating.
Serving in some stores is excellent, in some other medium to bad. Servicing the e-shop is unacceptably unacceptable, and I am not referring to a single incident but systematically. It is a great pity to make efforts for further development and to have such significant quality deviations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία απο ηλεκτρονική αγορά! Δεν είχα ποτέ καμμία ενημέρωση και παρέλαβα το προιόν μετά απο ένα μήνα! Η μεταφορική μετά την παραλαβή από την εταιρεία παρέδωσε σε 10 μερες και ποτέ δεν απαντούσε στο τηλέφωνο!
The worst experience from the online market! I never had any information and I received the product after a month! The shipping company after receipt by the company delivered in 10 days and never answered the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνηθίζω να χρησιμοποιώ τα φυσικά καταστήματα αλλά λόγω των συνθηκών επέλεξα το e-Shop και έμεινα το ίδιο ικανοποιημένη . Τα προϊόντα παραδόθηκαν σε λιγότερο από 48 ώρες.
I usually use physical stores but due to the conditions I chose the e-Shop and I was just as satisfied. The products were delivered in less than 48 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπειτα από βιογραφικό που έστειλα για τη θέση της πωλήτριας σε κατάστημα επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου για να προγραμματιστεί συνέντευξη. Στο τηλέφωνο με ρώτησαν αν έχω εμβολιαστεί καθώς η εταιρεία προσλαμβάνει μόνο άτομα εμβολιασμένα. Δεν είναι τομέας υγείας ή εταιρεία. Και σε αποκλείουν από τη διαδικασία των συνεντεύξεων παρ' όλο που είναι πιθανό να κρινόσουν κατάλληλος/-η για τη θέση. Είστε παράνομοι και πολύ θα ήθελα να το βρείτε μπροστά σας όλοι εσείς που ενώ δεν υπάρχει νόμος περί υποχρεωτικότητας στον τομέα σας, δεν δίνετε την ευκαιρία σε ανθρώπους ικανούς να εργαστούν με τα rapid τους εβδομαδιαίως. Στερείτε το αναφαίρετο δικαίωμα για εργασία και θα το λέω όπου σταθώ κι όπου βρεθώ. Σας εύχομαι τα χειρότερα.

And they exclude you from the interview process even though they may consider you suitable for the position. You are illegal and I would very much like to find it in front of you all that while there is no law on obligation in your field, you do not give the opportunity to people able to work with their rapid weekly. You are deprived of the inalienable right to work and I will say it where I stand and where I am. I wish you the worst.
