The name of the website/business is "Cretan Olive Oil Spa", but it is not a spa. "Cretan Traditional Products" is the name on the sign.

They distract customers by showing things on the screen while the ingredients list (fine print on the box) is full of harmful chemicals. Nothing bio there. The lady put all my products in the bag and sealed it. After a long stroll I got in the car, opened the bag and oh what a surprise it was! I read the ingredients list and also noticed the scrub was opened and used. I returned to the shop to get a refund, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Basically they told me I shouldn’ve read what was written on the box (in fine print) and not what was on the screen. Lesson learnt and what a waste of money! Ah I forgot to mention she said the expiry date for the magic snail products was 2020 and in fact it’s 04/2019. Steer away from this shop and these products if you don’t want to spoil your day in beautiful Rethymnon.
n	n a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 liters of Olive oil. At least that's what we thought. There is a wodden package around the bottle. Now we noticed they charged 2x 1 liter but gave us just 500 ml bottles. Be carefull, it's a tourist trap.
B	Brigitte Lindner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourist Trap - was lured into the shop to try some cosmetics with only natural ingredience that where shown on a screen. the purchases where given to me in a sealed bag. at home i took the cosmetics out, reading the descriptions of the ingrediences on the box that where listing a lot of chemicals and microplastik.. also i didnt get a receid, they kept the tax

Furthermore the label stated it contains "Hamp seed oil", it was filled with olive oil. Don't waste your money there.

Once you pay, a small sum of money is added for peculiar reasons. After I bought it, I realised this small sum was already added on the initial price. Be careful here.
