★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ απογοητευτική εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ άσχημοι τρόποι! Ήμουν πελάτισσα στο πρακτορείο και τελικά αποχωρώ με τις χειρότερες εντυπώσεις. Περισσότερο απογοητευτική η αγένεια και η προσβλητική συμπεριφορά! Καλύτερα να έχετε ελέγξει οι ίδοι πρώτα ηλεκτρονικά τα εισιτήρια και το κόστος προτού τα αγοράσετε από το πρακτορείο.
 Very disappointing service and very bad manners! I was a client at the agency and I finally leave with the worst impressions. More frustrating rudeness and offensive behavior! It is best to check the tickets and costs first electronically before buying them from the agency.

Προσωπική εμπειρία: σε πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα (όχι από υπευθυνότητα του συγκεκριμένου ταξιδιωτικού γραφείου), προκειμένου να με εξυπηρετήσει ασχολήθηκε πολλές ώρες και κάποιες από αυτές εκτός του ωραρίου εργασίας παρέμεινε στο γραφείο εως ότου τακτοποιηθεί και η τελευταία λεπτομέρεια!

Personal experience: in a problem I was facing (not from the responsibility of the specific travel agency), in order to serve me he worked for many hours and some of them outside the working hours remained in the office until the last detail was settled!
