★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been to Lemnos, someday hopefully, but we're a natural wine bar in Chicago (here checking out their locale) and want to testify to the fact that this is a terrific winery. Their wines, especially the whites/muscat, see a fair amount of skin contact yielding a nice tannic bite, and interesting, funky flavors. If you're a serious wine drinker, with an interest in natural/organic wine, their wines are not to be missed.
