★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα δύο μεγάλες πήλινες γλάστρες Doppio Bordo περί τα 40 ευρώ η μία. Σε 6 μήνες η πιο εκτεθειμένη άρχισε να ξεφλουδίζει γεμίζοντας το μπαλκόνι με σκόνη και τρίμματα.
Παραπονέθηκα για την ποιότητα και η απάντηση ήταν ότι ο ήξεραν ότι οι γλάστρες είναι χοντρές και δεν ψήνονται καλά. Ομως παρά ταύτα μου τις πούλησαν χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν και δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι. Ούτε καν να μου δώσουν το τηλέφωνο του εργοστασίου να τους μιλήσω ο ίδιος.
Να θυμώσεις ή να λυπηθείς...
I bought two large Doppio Bordo clay pots for about 40 euros each. At 6 months the most exposed began to peel filling the balcony with dust and debris.
I complained about the quality and the answer was that they knew the pots were thick and not cooked well. But despite that they sold them to me without informing me and they can not do anything. They don't even give me the factory phone to talk to them myself.
To be angry or sad ...
