Προσοχή, προμηθεύτηκα στις 1 τρέχοντος από το κατάστημα τυροκομικών Φλέγγα επί της Πολυμέρη 36 στο Βόλο, γραβιέρα Γασπαράκη, που δεν έχει καμία σχέση με το γνωστό προϊόν. Έντονα αλμυρή, χωρίς τρύπες ζύμωσης και με βαθύ κίτρινο χρώμα που παραπέμπει σε άλλο προϊόν. Θα ήθελα να γνωρίζω εάν πρόκειται για αλλαγή στην ποιότητα ή σε σφάλμα του καταστήματος.

Great Graviera. I always look for her.
Caution, I purchased 1 current from the Flega Cheese Store at Polymeris 36 in Volos, Graviera Gasparakis, which has nothing to do with the known product. Highly salty, without fermentation holes and with a deep yellow color referring to another product. I would like to know if this is a change in quality or a mistake in the store.

I got it by chance from a Cretan shop and It is the best gruyere in Crete that I have tried in my 47 years !!
