★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a bike there for an upgrade. I explicitly mentioned I wanted a SHIMANO cassette and front crankset. They instead put whatever they wanted in (generic OEM) which didn't work because they didn't even test it.
I had to go there 3 times in total to get the job done.
They never seriously tried fixing the bicycle, which I had already paid in full.
Mediocre service. They even tried to justify their mediocrity due to CoViD19..
Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything's fine with the place. There's an insanely wide variety of bikes, helmets, accessories, etc. There, you can also get your bike repaired for reasonable prices, as well as pump up the air in the bike's wheels and add or change accessories in the bike. The only drawback I was able to find is the staff's mood (sometimes), which is in my opinion a tiny bit angry, but that is definitely not a problem in any of my purchases. (I may be the only one who finds this as a drawback). Great place overall.
