D	Desara Marina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλά, οι υπάλληλοι πνίγονται σε μια κουταλιά νερό με 3 πελάτες. Η μία καθόταν επί 5 ολόκληρα λεπτά και συζητούσε με έναν παππου για ένα ψωμί, δηλαδή πως δεν τον πήρε και μέσα στο εργαστήριο να πλασουν ζύμη; Η άλλη μια ώρα να φτιάξει έναν καφέ στον επόμενο πελάτη, μέχρι να τελειώσουν είχαμε μαζευτεί 5 πελάτες εκ των οποίων περίμεναν κι έξω από το κατάστημα. Κάποια στιγμή το τσακάλι που πολυλογουσε για το ψωμί αποφάσισε πως μαζευτήκαμε πολλά άτομα μέσα και μας είπε να περάσουμε έξω. Ρε δε πάτε καλά! Εξυπηρέτηση πιο αργή κι από κουτσή γριά χελώνα, και επιπλέον αγενής. Από ποικιλία ασχολίαστο, 2-3 πάστες, κάτι σιροπιαστα της κακιάς ώρας μαζί με κάτι ξεχασμένα σφολιατοειδη. Edit: αν διαβάζατε σωστά θα βλέπατε ότι λέω καθαρά πως είμαστε ήδη μέσα και μας έχουν δει και οι δύο πωλητριες, απλά προφανώς η κοπέλα εκνευρίστηκε με το παππού κι αποφάσισε να μας βγάλει έξω. Αφήστε τις υποδείξεις και τις δικαιολογίες για το κοβιντ διότι και οι δύο υπάλληλοι ήταν χωρίς μάσκα. Τέλος δεν έχω ξαναδιαβάσει πιο αστείο πράγμα από την υπόδειξη του να κάνει παράπονα ο πελάτης στο πελάτη για την καθυστέρηση το ακούσαμε κι αυτό. Η πωλήτρια πρέπει να είναι αρκετά επαγγελματίας ώστε να εξυπηρετήσει γρήγορα και ποιοτικά τον απαιτητικό πελάτη αλλά παράλληλα να καλωσορίσει τον νέο ώστε να ξέρει ο νέος πελάτης ότι τον είδαν. Αλλά για πείτε κι άλλες δικαιολογίες :) Well, the employees are drowning in a spoonful of water with 3 customers. Οι πιο απίθανες τουρτες(στη φωτο είναι cheese cake αλλά δοκιμάστε και την triple chocolate - εγώ την λέω death by chocolate), άρτος, καφέδες, κεράσματα και τα απίθανα σιροπιαστά του Γαβαλά. Αλυσίδα θα τον βρείτε παντού στη Χαλκιδική και όχι μόνο, αξίζει! Perfect sweets, perfect service! The most incredible cakes (in the photo is cheese cake but try the triple chocolate - I call it death by chocolate), bread, coffees, treats and the incredible syrups of Gavalas. You will find a chain everywhere in Halkidiki and not only, it is worth it!

Nice place in a very central part of Eastern Thessaloniki ... Mpotsari and Delphi ... But very expensive prices in Voutimata and Psomia and not a large variety of sweets when the competition lurks .... They are listening to what their customers have to say, bravo! I like this bakery it has very nice and tasty breakfast but I recently noticed some dead flies at the store's front window among the products. That's not very cool, I understand that this might happen once or twice due to the summer but not every day the past 3 weeks. I really like the products but after that I am starting to have second thoughts about the quality of the products. I would advice the shop owner to take care of that issue.
