Nikos Liokas is the new Chef de Cuisine of GB Roof Garden Restaurant. An enthusiastic chef with significant experience, Nikos specializes in fine dining. He studied culinary arts in Athens and worked his way up in renowned restaurants in London for several years including Fera at Claridge's, Davies & Brook by Daniel Hamm and Hide Restaurant.
He is a talented, creative and ever-evolving person, who never ceases experimenting on new techniques, ingredients and flavors. With Mediterranean culinary influence, he has designed a fine comfort menu for GB Roof Garden Restaurant with an authentic wide-ranging flavor palette and each of his creations is a nostalgic dining journey. Fresh seasonal ingredients have always been a fundamental priority of GB Roof Garden's menu with emphasis on organic locally sourced products of small producers and food provenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch at GB rooftop. The bread and soup were okay. But the steak (55 euro) and sea bass (over 40 euro ) were not fresh and the steak was over done for medium rare.
It's not worth the money. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable view! Acropolis, callimarmaro, the sea!! Service is excellent. We booked a table online and we sat in front of the balcony! Food was great! We had the risotto with lobster! Fantastic! It’s overpriced but totally worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing rooftop restaurant located at the luxurious Grande Bretagne Hotel. Food was amazing, and staff was really nice and helpful. The view is also something to be highlighted, you will be able to dine facing the Acropolis and the Olimpic Stadium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a magnificent experience at this rooftop restaurant. The food, the view, the ambience and the service were all top-notch.
My highlight was the excquisite Paris-Brest we had as a dessert at the end. Prepare to spend around 50-60€ per person (or more if you get wine bottles) but trust me it's totally worth every penny. Highly recommended when in Athens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess i found one of my “muss visit” place in Athens.
At first, I’ve decided to seat on the terrace but order a dinner there. I don’t eat carbs and for me they prepared a great meat with asparagus, tartare and as a complement delicious cocktail.
The view from my corner was fabulous, however it might be a charming weather.
Despite on masks and gloves in the other hotels in Athens, here they did not bother me with it.
The atmosphere here was relaxed and friendly, but I don’t know why but expected more seafood in the menu.
