★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το παγωτό, όσες φορές πήγαμε, πολύ καλό. Η κυρία στην εξυπηρέτηση ευγενέστατη, οι τιμές πολύ καλές και οι μερίδες του παγωτό γεναιοδωρες. Μπραβο!
 The ice cream, as many times as we went, very good. The lady in the service is very kind, the prices are very good and the portions of ice cream are generous. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία μου στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ήταν περισσότερο από απογοητευτική. Πήγαμε να φάμε ένα παγωτό με όλη την καλή διάθεση. Πληρώνοντας και λίγο πριν φύγουμε, δοκίμασα λίγο παγωτό και από μέσα τράβηξα μια τεράστια μαύρη τρίχα. Όντας διακριτική, μπήκα μέσα από τη τζαμαρία και είπα ευγενικά στην κοπέλα του σέρβις να μου αλλάξει το παγωτό δείχνοντάς της την τρίχα(διότι συμβαίνουν και στις καλύτερες οικογένειες). Μου το άλλαξε ευθύς αμέσως χωρίς κουβέντα.
Αποφασίσαμε όμως για κακή της τύχη να φάμε το παγωτό μας στο μπαλκόνι του μαγαζιού, που πάρα ταύτα ήταν εξαιρετικό, και πήρε το αυτί μου σχόλια για το περιστατικό με κάποιον πελάτη (ότι τάχα η τρίχα είχε πέσει από τα μαλλιά μου και ήθελα να προσβάλλω το κατάστημα).
ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλου, να σχολιάζει σε πελάτη άλλον πελάτη και να τον κατηγορεί συγχρόνως.
Και όπως έφευγα της είπα ότι άκουσα την όλη κουβέντα της με τον πελάτη της και μου απαντησε: Σας άλλαξα το παγωτό οπότε είμαστε και οι δυο ευχαριστημένοι!!!
Άλλη μια ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ συμπεριφορά!!!

My experience in this store was more than disappointing. We went to eat an ice cream with all the good mood. Paying and just before we left, I tried some ice cream and pulled a huge black hair from inside. Being discreet, I went through the window and politely told the service girl to change my ice cream by showing her hair (because it happens in the best families). He changed it for me immediately without a word.
But we decided for her bad luck to eat our ice cream on the balcony of the store, which was still great, and my ear received comments about the incident with a customer (that my hair had fallen out of my hair and I wanted to offend the store).
UNACCEPTABLE behavior of an employee, to comment on another client and to accuse him at the same time.
And as I was leaving I told her that I listened to her whole conversation with her client and she replied: I changed your ice cream so we are both happy !!!
Another UNACCEPTABLE behavior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admit we went almost every second night....ice cream is fabulous!!!!! They have a cute terrace towards the back with a nice view. They have many flavors, big portions and a good variety of sorbet. A must visit.
