Αρχικά ήρθαν και πήραν μέτρα και εν συνεχεία (αφού είχε περάσει ένας μήνας) επικοινώνησα εγώ μαζί τους όπου και αντιλήφθηκα ότι δεν είχαν ασχοληθεί καθόλου με το κατάστημα μου. Εν συνεχεία μου είπαν ότι μετά από 4 ημέρες θα μου έχουν σχέδια όπου επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου να με ενημερώσουν ότι έχουν προετοιμαστεί κατά το ήμισυ και θα ήθελαν λίγο χρόνο ακόμα. Εκεί κάπου τους είπα ότι δεν χρειάζομαι άλλο τις υπηρεσίες τους γιατί ο τρόπος που το διαχειρίστηκαν ήταν τελείως αντιεπαγγελματικός. Driven by the good reviews I got in touch for help in renovating my store. First they came and took measures and then (after a month had passed) I contacted them where I realized that they had not dealt with my store at all. Then they told me that after 4 days they would have plans for me where they contacted me to inform me that they were half ready and would like some more time. Somewhere I told them that I no longer needed their services because the way they managed it was completely unprofessional.

Την επομενη με καλεσε ο ιδιος ο κος Γεμιστος για να μου εξηγήσει τη κατάσταση αλλα το κυριοτερο επι μια ωρα στο τηλεφωνο μου εδωσε ο ανθρωπος σημαντικες πληροφοριες και βοηθεια για την ανακαινιση του χωρου μου χωρις να εχει εννοειται καποια υποχρεωση. Μου εδωσε μαλιστα μια σημαντική λυση για ενα κρίσιμο προβλημα του χωρου. Πολλα ευχαριστω λοιπον και σιγουρα θα ανταμώσουμε μελλοντικα. Model of proper service. While I was contacting for possible cooperation, they informed me in time that due to many projects they would not be able to respond. The next day Mr. Gemistos himself called me to explain the situation to me but most importantly for an hour on the phone the man gave me important information and help to renovate my space without any obligation. It even gave me an important solution to a critical problem of space. So thank you very much and we will definitely reciprocate in the future.
