★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is such a needed place for the neighborhood and pedestrians providing a small break in the monotony of buildings and streets with heavy traffic. The environment, the trees and the walking paths are nice but the park does not seem to gain proper attention from municipal authorities. Dry leaf are all over the place, woods construction surrounding empty and dirty former "lakes" are broken, see thrown rubbish and plastic bags full of rubbish it is not uncommon. Cars parked inside the park is not uncommon too! A nice surprise are the horses and other animals but there are caged birds and rabbits in small dirty cages, the municipal former stay dogs and cats are very nice and adapted but often hungry. Only volunteers care and feed them. One may wonder why the authorities show such neglect to one of the few city parks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's obvious this park have seen better days. Nevertheless, there is plenty of green here and some animals left (there used to be quite more), although the sight of the animals in cages is mostly sad.
A word of caution. If you do visit here, mind you there are some "stray" dogs. "Stray" is in quotes, because they do have collars, (the same bright orange one, possibly a sign that they are neutered) but roam the park freely. They seem friendly and accustomed to people and other dogs, but they can be somewhat aggressive at times, if you bring your dog here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really wonderful place near central roads which however needs more attention and work to be done. Broken bricks should be fixed and more lights should be installed. As far as I saw, there are not many entrances on the park (not sure). For sure more signs with directions should be also put.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful park, 5' drive from the heart of the city! A small oasis to escape from the fast paced metropolis. Although a bit neglected, the blooming vegetation is relaxing the senses. There are a couple of horses to interact with and a variety of caged small animals and birds like rabbits, pigeons and peacocks. There's also a dog shelter and I noticed a significant number of free living parrots on the high pine-trees! A very new and eco-friendly children's playground is also present in the park premises. Highly recommended for a quick reconnection with nature!..
